Just phoned orange, hoping to get a tracking number. Apparently we won't actually get one, but if our phone is going to be delivered tomorrow we will get a text (either before or from 8am, can't remember which!) telling us when it will arrive. If we aren't getting it tomorrow, we should get a text telling us when we will receive it (probably Monday). The orders are being dispatched to local depots at midnight tonight (again, I think this is what she said, my memory is not very reliable!).
I'm going to turn my phone volume very loud tonight so I get woken up if the message does come before 8am! Hoping it will be just after midnight, as I'll still be up, but I think that would be unlikely.

I hope they are. Thats much better than Monday. Still hoping for Friday though. But I live in the sticks in Devon, so I'm not sure I'll get it fri. UKMail do have a depot in Exeter.... I hope not too many people in Devon have ordered one!

It was texted to me after i ordered over the phone though it took a few hours to come through, i actually rang up and spoke to the sales team before i received it and the person i spoke to emailed it direct to me as well. The code was next to useless though and couldn't be used for tracking on their site or anywhere else.
Haven't heard back from them on Twitter either but i have just got the text message saying mine is out for delivery between 9 and 1 tomorrow, via UKMail

Not me. Waiting for 16gb white. Just read on UKMail site that the text is sent after they've scanned your parcel, so I guess they just haven't got to ours yet. Wish they'd hurry up.

I ordered Black 64GB, no text yet. I placed my order on Saturday morning (8th).
So annoying, got all excited coz my phone went off... It was college texting me. Since when do colleges text students?! Amusingly it was for HE student night at a pub tomorrow... No thanks, I'll have a new phone to play with, hopefully! (That's not the only reason, I'm not that sad. )

Would it have been that hard for them to give us an order number so we can see the progress of it on their website, this "you'll get a text message at some point" thing is just rubbish.
Thinking about it, they said I'd get a text every 5 days after my order to let me know how it was going, yet I didn't get anything on wednesday.
