Yeah I can imagine 98% of calls are from people just asking about their order. Ive lost the ref number they gave me when i ordered over the phone agh haha!

Rang them earlier and got told that any order sent out tomorrow I should get a text today/this evening. Which I haven't. He did mention it may be tomorrow or "sometime next week" I don't like how vague that is.
Well that was interesting. Got through to CS and the guy said at first that nobody was going to get their phone on launch day, in fact he actually said nobody was expecting it... Urm? He said UKMail hadn't even decided whether they were going to ship over the weekend. He said it was being done on a first come first served basis (it's clearly not lol) and that if we're lucky we might get it on Monday or Tuesday.
I hope he is talking rubbish. Told him to talk to the Twitter team as if he is correct, they are giving out incorrect information.

It says on the UKMail website that it's the day before. I don't think anyone at Orange knows what they're talking about. I've been told so many different things.

Ordered at about 11am on the 7th. Business customer though.
I'm in central london. Just realised that no-one's actually in the office till 8.30 and they've mildly ballsed up the company name on the order.

Hoorah! Between 10 and 2. Hopefully before 11, would give me something to do at work while i should be working.
So Orange aren't treating orders in line then, if 11-12 noon orders are definitely out for Friday delivery, yet those before 9am are still waiting!

The excuse I got was "you won't get a tracking number because it's a preorder". Wtf?! But they wouldn't give me anything else.
