Just got an email from BB saying the release date changed to next Monday, 11/21 for my 15". Anyone else?
The 15 got delayed then. The 13 is shipping. So it's only 50% bait and switch. (they are improving 🙂 )

Weird because when I called them today (because my get it by date was today until a minute ago) they said it was in Seattle and I'd definitely have it tomorrow. So frustrating!

No e-mail for me yet. When did you guys order? I ordered on the 11th. My original order on the 7th got canceled, had to make a new one.
How are you guys so sure it's 15" only that got delayed, though?

Plus, I don't remember them listing dates for the 15. It always said, "We will notify you when shipping." I was just hoping we would get it on the 16th like the 13's.
My email confirmation said 16. Online 'get it by date' always said today, the 15th, until a minute ago.

I just preordered the 15 inch right now through bestbuy.com. Does anyone know when I might receive mine since I ordered so late?

Check your email, if you didnt get an email saying it was delayed you might be lucky.

I did and got official word my order got pushed out to the 21st. BB is a bunch of idiots...at this point I want nothing to do with them. I'll wait for Apple to send me one. Their customer service is horrible. I call to check they tell me the 21st and somehow the guy thought it was a good idea to cancel the order. So now I've got nothing, except my back up plan of an order for a 13 which is still saying the 17th. Not that I believe that AT ALL at this point.

yup i agree bestbuy customer service is really poor. I'm not happy at all, countless agents told me not to worry about the date and that I was fine, until of course today.

I ordered on 11/12 too, mine said preparing for shipment this afternoon and whamo, got an email tonight it was pushed up to the 21st.
Shenanigans is what I say. Who's got time for amateur moves like this.

Yes the 15 got delayed and then foolishly cancelled by an idiot. Oh well. Maybe the 13 will come.
[doublepost=1479257371][/doublepost]My guess is, they effed up from get go and the dates were supposed to be next week. reason I say that is NO other retailer is promising dates like BB was. I think tomorrow will be a release day for some models so let's see what happens. I just can't imagine why Amazon gets diddly and knows nothing but somehow BB has special dates? I am dubious at this point.
