I am in Toronto and it's sitting in concord - I am relaxed, it'll get here sometime today

I usually get my UPS deliveries by 5:00-5:30PM, so I'm not worried. I think their trucks go out at 9 or 10am, and they remain out the whole day (don't come back to get more packages). Its shipped via UPS Express Saver, which is guaranteed next day shipping, so I guess we're guaranteed to get it?

Definitely lagging. I refreshed to see it's out for delivery just now at 9:20 or so and the last update is time stamped for 05:15.

After reading about how much larger the apps are, i decided maybe i should go with 32GB instead of the 16GB thats to be delivered today. So I checked my local Futureshop on my way to work. Sure enough they had plenty in stock over an hour after opening and no line! Got a 32GB and was in and out of there in under 3 minutes. Looks like I wore out my refresh button for nothing.

and they both had stock and no one was lining up.

You'll get yours today. There's been reports of tracking lagging. Also shipping companies also make two waves of deliveries. Often my packages aren't out for delivery until noonish for a 5pm delivery

You can go to the carrier and buy one for around $8 usually. Apple store gives them for free if you ask nicely.

The Rogers stores have them for $10. You might be able to pick up one for free at the Apple Store if you ask nicely and it isn't too crazy.

I was already out of space on my 16GB iPad 2, so 32GB is definitely a better choice for me even if the apps were the same size. But they have to be at least a bit larger anyways, at least the ones with lots of graphics, not so much the text heavy ones.

you can read some of the other threads in the ipad section. yellow tints/backlight bleeding are some of them.

i kind of expected this since retina display for the ipad was such a milestone for them.

The guys at the local Rogers store I visited yesterday were giving out the LTE sim card for free. They even activated the card so all I need to do is plug it in my Ipad (if and when it arrives)...
