Well, I live at home, and the older generation isn't really *that* old. But that's actually worse. I am 24-hour tech support for their Windows laptop or any type of electronics in the house. And when it doesn't work, it's MY fault. :confused: Oh well, better get ready for work.
 
Mine just arrived in North York. Tracking still says it is sitting in Concord. Off to enjoy....

And I thought I had it bad. I tried Windows with my grandpa. That was my biggest mistake. Of course now I have to fix that computer to retrieve my grandma's iTunes library. Great... I will post here if anything happens. We are so off topic.:D

That's consistent with my past experience with UPS in Calgary as well.

I'm fortunate in that I have our shipper/receiver watching for me. Apparently, our guy used to deliver at the very last minute (we close at 4:30 PM). Now he comes around 2, so he's still not "late". ;)
 
LOL - So I'm here at work and get a call that the UPS guy is at reception for me! I'm over the moon until I get there and realize that the dinky little package he's holding can't POSSIBLY be my iPad.... It was just the micro sim. ;)

It's gonna be a looo-oong weekend... but I guess that's a good thing! LOL

Have a great weekend all of those still waiting - I already know those who got their iPads will have a great weekend ;)
 
Delivered, 1:30 PM, SE Calgary (over near Chinook).

Interestingly, three other items, (accessories), all coming UPS did not get delivered. I can live with that.

OK, off to slack off, her open the box. :)

By the way, despite the sign-off for the iPad, my delivery still shows as "Out for Delivery".

Still out for delivery in Calgary, specifically the Douglasdale area. I feel like it's Christmas! In March! :D
 
The 4G LTE speeds are pretty RIDICULOUS, roughly double what I get at home..... =/

Bro i'm at auburn bay and i haven't got it either. I have my cousin waiting at the house to grab it for me. I'm like paranoid that he missed the delivery guy but seeing douglasdale hasn't received it yet makes me hopeful. This is driving me nuts!!

I'm about die off the idea that I may have missed it cause I went for half an hour to pickup something, although there are other people in the house :D
 
Arrived twenty minutes ago in the Annex. Guys said he head about 60 left to deliver. He also. Alled my cell to make sure I was hime so make sure younpay attention to your phone!

Maybe we should have our own thread :) "Calgary and still waiting". Seriously this is killing me...come on UPS.
 
4PM and still waiting at work for delivery, UPS called me back and said driver is running behind schedule as he is overwhelmed with extra parcels on top of his regular parcels. Well, they should have delivered some yesterday or had extra help today. Not good, imagine some offices will close at 5-5:30 today and they can't get in to deliver. I was told he is not far from here and be by 4:30.

I didn't know UPS was being nice enough doing call backs.
Did they make an attempt that you missed?
