Mine is coming from Nashville and I'm not going to obsess over it. It will be here on Friday. I have a life to live between now and then.

But I still really want my iPad.

Minnesota here too! I'll be working from home that morning if I can, but hoping it comes in early enough so am not home to long. Supposed to be beautiful on Friday, so would like to get out of work early enough to enjoy it. Would seem too coincidental to take a sick day probably

I am afraid that the opne sitting in Nashville are the units that will be deleivered on the 16th. Your might still be in the Apple warehouse or even on it was from the nursery in China

thats what its been saying for me for the last few days. haha. i keep checking thinking maybe i'll miraculously get mine a day early but, not holding my breath.

Live south of Nashville, but work in downtown Nashville area. Been saying that it is in Nashville since first day tracking was available. Started off saying delivery on the 12th, then followed by 2 "delivery exceptions" saying future delivery requested and the delivery was changed to the 16th. Today it updated saying "At local FedEx facility" and same delivery date but now added a time of by 4:30.

So there you go....

Like some others have said. You can't always rely on what the FedEx site states. You may wake up in the morning and see that it's sitting in your hometown tomorrow. Now THAT would drive me nuckin' futs!

I'm in Murfreesboro, ordered a few hours after the announcement. Tracking number didn't work for 48hrs then to my surprise it showed up with 1st hit in Nashville... So close yet so far away, 16th can't gear here soon enough.

I'm in the Dallas area and mine is also sitting in Nashville.

One curious thing about my tracking page is that it's blank in the "Destination" box. The tracking number only went live a few hours ago, so maybe the destination will fill in later.
