Preparing For Shipment status at Apple

Is there anyone OUTSIDE the US whose shipment has already been processed? My one is still processing and says "Ships by Oct 14". Not "Delivered by".
 
16g white processing

My 16g black has read prepared for shipment for a while but my other 16g white still processing. The white one I ordered at 3:40 am eastern as soon as the store came back up. Took me 5 mins. The black one took me another two hours to get threw the mess, but it's prepared first go figure!
 
Second 32gb AT&T black prepared. Now just waiting on the 64. They seem to be going in size order.

my AT&T white 16G just changed to preparing for shipping. Can't wait!

I had to call customer service this morning, after we finished the lady told me the phone would be shipping Monday... Not getting my hopes up, but hey, miracles happen! :apple::eek:
 
I got an email asking if I wanted AppleCare+ (I said sure), so I am not sure if that will increase my processing time.

My status just changed in the past hour. Ordered around 8am PT Friday Oct 7. :)

Mine says preparing for shipment. I had to change the shipping address so I've been worried that they're going to cancel my order. Now that I'm preparing for shipment does that mean it's good to go?
 
basically it looks like everybody in the US who ordered early has got 'preparing for shipment'

I'm in the UK, ordered a few mins after the store went up and mine says processing.

Not me. I'm in the US, ordered a 16GB black version at 5:30am eastern on pre-order release day and it still says "being processed." :( Getting worried on this end. Maybe it's because i'm with Verizon and not AT&T. :confused:

I think so too. But, i also think it is fair.

The US is going to have a lot more orders to ship out, the US is a huge country, and distributing iphones to customers across the country will take days.

The UK is much similar, simply fly them all to one airport, and you can get 24hour delivery to any part of the country. They could arrive in the UK thursday and we would still get them Friday.

I'm with att. Not worried, it was this tedious last year. Just anxious, though :cool:
