The only thing I am concerned about is being able to activate my phone when I do get it Friday. The phone had been in My Support Profile, but dropped off when I changed delivery to pick up at my local CC. When I tried to add it manually, I got an error that said it is for another Apple ID, which I do not have another one of. Anyone else have this happen?
 
Why is my Customer Center the only one that opens at 10 AM? Everyone else's opens at 8 AM. Lol.
 
My phone is now showing in my support profile and also on ups on my ups my choice account for a friday delivery it is currently in harrisburg. I see that as a my choice member I can chose a confirmed 2 hour delivery window, I am not sure if I should wait till tomorrow when I can do that and just chose a delivery window in the am or set it up to pick up at the ups location?
 
Evidently one can't set up a time frame with these iPhone shipments. That's what ups told me just now. So one has to just wait all day.

I just got an email from UPS saying that there's a new UPS My Choice benefit.

Apparently, one can set up a 2-hour delivery window with UPS for a small fee - I believe the fee is $8.. They call it "confirmed delivery windows".
 
How are you guys who ordered from Apple with status of preparing to ship able to see the UPS info?

You can't use it with this particular shipment. I had already read about that benefit. You actually get 2 free instances of delivery Windows before you have to pay the $8. I had a feeling the the iPhone shipments would not be covered by this otherwise useful delivery option.

I got that same email, but I decided to just set it up to be held at my local CC they open at 8am. I will probably not get there until closer to 10:30-11 since it is my day off and I will most likely want to sleep a bit. I am not worried about it going anywhere.

Same. Expect a change to pop up as late as Thursday morning.
I just updated above your post but the phone has now shown up in my support profile. Hopefully tracking to follow. It was built two weeks ago - the 37th week of September.
