Its fake. The new Iphone wont have that camera cut out. There will be a small bezel at top.

And the picture looks photoshoped so badly. The naming is just so fake it can only come from fakeness.

Erm what? Have you been living on the moon for the last couple of months ? :D

Its as good as confirmed that it will have a cut out/notch at the top of the screen for the camera/sensors. The leaked homepod firmware had this glyph in it referring to iPhone..

Thats about as much of a guarantee as Tim Cook tweeting it, its going to have that cutout you can bet the farm on it.

Here is a new leak :- iPhone 7S and 7S Plus models will come with 32GB, 128GB and 256GB models, where the edition model will come in 128GB and 256GB only.

The image also shows the price. I am not sure if it's Chines. But if it's Chines here is the price converted into US Dollars.

iPhone X Edition 128 GB = 7888 Chines yuan = 1195.06 US Dollars.
iPhone X Edition 256 GB = 8688 = 1316.26 US Dollars.

[Edit:- Please keep in mind these conversions are made to give rough idea about the prices. The actual US prices may differ from Chinese]

Seems legitimate like last year the Special Jet Black and Product Red iPhone 7/7 Plus was only available in 128 GB and 256 GB. Makes Sense the Special Model will be only available in higher storage tiers.

Edit :- Also confirm's the Name iPhone 8 will be Called iPhone X Edition.

Why not?

Makes complete sense that the special iPhone may skip the entry storage tier.

If anyone has a problem with that, cry on someone else shoulder. No one is twisting your arm to buy it, right?!

:D

128GB would be perfect for my current and future needs I think. I'm currently using a 64GB 6s Plus with about 9GB of free space left, so having that extra space for more pics/videos would be useful.

I'm pretty sure a company worth close to a trillion dollars wouldn't make such a pathetic and generic looking poster for any of its product let's alone it's biggest product..

Ouch was hoping my limit was £1000
[doublepost=1504458566][/doublepost]Also the name doesn't surprise me as it does say and quote in Chinese the 10th year anniversary

I honestly can't see the 256gb model costing any less than £1149 even f they do release a 64gb version for £949 as £200 for close to an additonal £200gb is reasonable.
If the entry model is 128gb then it will be probably be priced at £1049. If they did shock us and price that one at £949 then possibly 256gb might be £1079 or £1099.

The problem is he didn't provided any Source? :D

He has leaked other stuff about this years iPhone that seems to collaborate with the other leakers, i would still take it all with a pinch of salt until next Tuesday but the pricing and models of 64, 256 and 512GB doesn't surprise me as it's the same as the iPad Pro.

I will be skipping this version if the retail price is above $700 for the base model. I may pick up last year's model.

For $100 more, why not just go all the way and get it in 256GB. So Expensive.

Because if you can't use the extra 128GB it's the same as torching a $100 bill. I have a 128GB iPhone 7 and I'm barely at 70GB. I have over 100 apps and a ton of pictures on it. I'm very "safe" with 128GB. Surely I can find something actually useful to me to buy for that $100.

If you are looking to pick up last year's model then you were never in the market for the flagship model anyway. It's like a Chevy Impala owner saying he's going to skip the new Cadillac CT6 release. As-if.

There will be a 7s type model as well that is likely going to be the same price as the current iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. It seems that some popes are forgetting that the iPhone 8 (or whatever it's called) will NOT be the only phone that's announced!!!

I think the problem is that everyone is focusing on the iPhone 8 (whatever it's called) and a lot of people are then forgetting they have the option of buying the cheaper 7s and 7s Plus, no one is forcing anyone to spend £1000 on a device if they don't want to, there really isn't any issue with that.
My only issue has been those people (know one in this conversation so far) that has criticised myself and others who have said they will spend that kind of money  At one point it was even suggested by someone that i have issues and should see councillor, that made me laugh :D (whilst also a little annoyed for being told how i should spend my hard earned money).

I think that's a bit much but £1k on a phone is an astounding amount of money, and I say that as someone who can afford it. I've spent that and more on my games PC, TV and top end Macbook Pro, but I get around 5 years out of those devices.

People will be annoyed when they have been buying apples flagship device for X amount for years only to be told "sorry, that doesn't get you our flagship now but we will see you the same phone as the last 3 years for that amount".

People won't be happy about being charged the same for the apple "entry level" phone as they have always paid for the flagship. Rightly so in my opinion.
