Kill-oom-in-ati

I've always wondered if perhaps you read Angels and Demons a few days before registering here at MR... Is it in anyway a reference towards the Illuminati, as in "Kill Illuminati"?

That said, I wish I had an exciting username that would shock and amaze everyone when revealed. Nope.

ann-kay (not ank, but I suppose that was obvious  , or maybe only to me? :p ).
Always thought of it as ankh as well.

It really doesn't matter to me but in my mind my handle is pronounced 'skim-oh'.
it has been scheme-oh so long in my head that, sadly, it'll have to stay that way. :)

I'm rather proud of myself for getting that right from the very beginning.

I thought it was "dork".

Or just 'dcv' for short. Or kinky boots ;)
I think you should change it to dcv*because that's the only way we refer to you anymore. :)
* Or kinky boots... also good.

I've always said SKEE-mo, matching the sound EEE-mo which is how I thought your nickname of Emo was pronounced (with the sc added for "Starcraft"). Is Emo pronounced IM-oh?

Doctor Q is easy to pronounce, but some people have addressed me in the forums as DrQ. I hope that's not pronounced dirk!

Most of my friends and family pronounce Emo 'IM-oh', but I do have a couple that say 'EEE-mo'. Most call me Emerson now though :). Emo was my childhood name :).

Sammy-Chi (first & start of my middle name)

or

Sam-Ee-Chi (first name & the japanese number 1)

either way is fine.

Excellent! I figured with yours there would be some coded attachment with the letterings, so I had to wade through Bengali 101, Farsi for boneheads, Arabic and Myanmar and finally came up the correct pronunciation. "Waw-Yéh-Gha". And you thought we'd never guess. :)

Wow, learning a lot in this thread.

I was pronouncing vniow (vee nyow) and scem0's (skeem oh) names wrong.

I believe we've been over this before...

the correct pronunciation of my name, attached.

I trust mine is not overly challenging ... two syllables, each four letters, split so beautifully right in the center.
