definitely not 16 and 32... 64 is pushing, I have one now and I only have 13 gb left. so either another 64 or 128 is welcomed. I want 128 tho ;)

Depends on a lot of things, like price difference between the rumoured 4.7" and 5.5" phones and whether they keep the same 16/32/64 pricing structure.

I'd like to try the 5.5" version, even though I'm 90% sure it'd be too big. If it's much more expensive though, I won't even consider it.

I hope Apple go to at least a 32/64 (and perhaps 128) structure, with 32 replacing the base model. If so, I'd probably go for the 64GB model. If, however, they keep it the same (most likely), I'll get the 32GB.

Basically, I have about £600 to spend and will buy the best I can within my budget :p

I've always gotten 16gb and been fine with that. However, I've started having to delete apps and dump photos onto my MacBook in order to free up space, so I'll probably go with the 32 this time. Hopefully that is the base model, but if not, oh well.

Same here. So much so, that I'm actually looking into getting a 32GB unlocked 5S and selling my 16GB 5S. My iPhone serves as my point and shoot when I don't have my DSLR with me, so I have a good amount of photos stored on there.

Another alternative is you can use the Dropbox app to dump your photos and clear out space.

I've been getting 32GB ever since the 3GS but my next one will probably be 64GB. I've only got 4GB free now so my next one might feel cramped if I continue sticking to 32GB.

16. I don't put a lot of media on my phone. If Apple decided to give us 32 for the price of the old 16, I wouldn't mind though..

the highest one

you'd have around 2gb of storage for apps, documents, cache, messages, you'd run out of space so quickly

I find that the only useful apps takes up very little storage. I have around 20 apps aside from the standard apps. Still do not see the use (for me).

Probably 64 GB, as I can't fit everything on a 32 GB, but maybe a 128 GB if there is one, since my 64 GB iPad 3 only has 5 GB left, which are easy to burn with a couple of large apps, or a TV show.

16GB. I refuse to further contribute to Apple's profit margins. Same technology with less storage for $100-$200 less, I can live with it.

As little as possible. If they had 4 GB I would take that. I have everything in the cloud and music is streaming. I have data everywhere and plenty. Did not think people still used that much local storage.

Yikes. I thought that with my last iPad. It was a huge hassle having to empty your iPad every time you have to load a movie for a plane ride.

The iPhone 5 was my first iPhone, moving over from a Galaxy S II. I opted for a 16BM model, but getting a 32GB this time around. Bigger screen, better camera......I want space! 16 dont' cut it anymore!

I want to go with 32GB based on past experience buying my Retina iPad Mini. I got a 16 GB Retina Mini but returned because there was too little space.:apple:

My usual 64GB is still working for me. I hover around 40something GB used, and have for the past few years. I really hope a 128GB comes out, because I don't like buying the highest-capacity iPhone because they tend to have the less robust resale values. Mid-range would be lovely!

128GB for sure – if it comes, and I really hope it finally does. If they offered a 1TB one I'd surely get that one too (I know, I know... 'come back in 3-4 years' for that!).

From the looks of the increased functionality of iOS 8 and Yosemite, this seems the choice the professional and tech-heads will surely make for convenience. If I'm spending £600, I may as well spend the extra £100 or so to get the full deal and not have the hassle.

Local storage is always preferable to cloud when on the street wanting immediate access my stuff. Though I use cloud services too, and absolutely luuuurve the increased flexibility Apple are adding on this front. :)

32GB or >

I listen to a lot of audiobooks, and store a lot of images for work, plus numerous apps, PDFs, and a couple HD movies at any given time, so 16 is not nearly enough storage for my needs.

I'm definitely getting 32, or higher for iPhone 6.
