If they persist with 16 being the lowest rung I'll go 32. Well, either way I'll go 32 but they won't get more of my money one of the ways.

16 is just too small, and I don't do all that much on the phone.

I will take 64 or 128 GB as the photo sizes are using more and more storage for each one.
Right now with the iPhone 5s... 32 GB is hitting me.

In iOS 8 photos can be stored in icloud so pictures taking up space on the phone is very minimal now

16gb has always been enough for my wants and needs.

With various options such as DropBox and the upcoming apple version I see no need in my usage pattern to have a larger capacity idevice.

Back in high school when I had a blackberry (ew at RIM and ew at the fact that it was mostly a status symbol thing), I had a 16 GB iPT and ran out of room constantly, so when I finally upgraded from that blackberry to an iPhone 5, I went with 32 GB. I have ~9 GB free, so the next time I upgrade (either iP6 or its successor), I'll go for 32 GB. I don't think I'll ever need to spring for 64+ on my phone.

Most of my space is taken by pictures and videos I just never bother to get rid of even after dumping them into my dropbox. Only about 4.5 GB of music since I mostly use Spotify, and no music videos/TV episodes/movies (I don't watch TV or movies, I'm boring :()

Other space hogs are some rather large reference apps I use to study and do work in school

I'll probably be returning to iPhone from a year with Android and it really sucks that memory is so disproportionately expensive with Apple.

Would prefer 32gb but paying £80 extra for it is just insane.

16gb probably....had 16gb iPhone 3GS and a 16gb iPhone 5 and never had a space issue. I do have some music on it, about 5gb worth, but i dont keep stacks of photos etc on it plus i have an iPad for movie watching etc so 16gb is plenty. Always have about 1Gb spare on it which only ever comes down a lot if i install a sat nav app that installs the maps on the device.

I will be getting the lowest possible. I keep all of my music on my 64 GB iPod Touch 5G. I don't use nearly all the space on my 32 GB iPhone 5. It's still jail broken so I hope it fetches a good price to fund the new iPhone 6.
