I don't think this is what it'll look like. If it does… its pretty ******… I'd just be a nano on a strap...

By the way, people who think these leaks (a day before the event) come from anyone else then Apple are hopelessly naïve in my opinion…

These kind of leaks are controlled, and are here to create an even louder buzz just before the event itself.

Have you not got used to :apple: yet? They love form over function. :p

Really? All Apple products I own (and I own a lot), I have bought for their functionality and usability. Some, like my Mac Mini or my Apple TV are even completely hidden from sight. I consider Apple products to be quite "presentable", but I have never had the feeling that I had to give up any functions to satisfy some arbitrary design decision.

I bet that it only has a strap option and no bracelet. I mean, can you imagine the genius bar people trying to adjust bracelets?

This is the most complex and expensive product to manufacture to date
so more than Mac Pro??
this is a fake rumour

So is the unveiling of this device tomorrow to distract us from the uninspiring iPhone refresh, or are the huge iPhones to distract us from the anticlimax of this iwatch release?

Ah, so many "fashion invitees" will be dissapointed yet releaved after Tim shows this, Ghirardelli Watch

you are the naive one in my opinion. you think that apple sent someone into quanta's facilities and took pictures of the screen just so they could release them a day before they are having their biggest event ever?

Food for thought

Just some food for thought, was thinking about this earlier :

What if the watch is an actual watch, and the screen is on the opposite side ?

Before you say anything, take you're wrist, and try taping on it as if on a watch.

OK, now turn your wrist around and do the same.
Which feels most confortable and less awkward ?

I know it won't be like that, but hey, i think it would have been pretty cool ^^

My thoughts exactly. However, for me, function goes hand in hand with weight and bulkiness. I won't wear a bulky heavy watch, which implies that it will not function very well for me. ;)

As far as what it looks like, I don't care so much. But I want to be able to pull my shirt sleeve over it without any problems. I used to wear one of those huge bulky Fossil watches, and after a while, I had to go for something thinner, which is why I ended up with this (before I gave up on wearing watches completely):

How about that as an iWatch mockup? :D

And please with at least two days of battery time.

And where do you put all the technology is something like this? That's what I hate about computer renders. They required zero engineering. Apple is known for being obsessed with thinness. If this device is bulkier it's for a reason - sensors, battery life, etc. Battery life should trump everything.

Or have, unlike you, some insight into how the industry really works. Which I think is the opposite of naïve.

I'm thinking more their mice. The apple mighty mouse and then the magic mouse.

I really hope it doesn't look like a shrinkydink iPad on your wrist - that would be so naff

That one has been floating around for some time. It does have some apple-esqe animations.

Shaky camera is too shaky, it's an intentional effect used to make 3d renders look more authentic, too big and there'd be more videos if they had one.

Whew! Me and my credit line where getting a little nervous thinking a new slim, fitness band type, flexible OLED screen, sapphire crystal, waterproof to 100 fathoms, multiple sensor cutting edge design watch was going to be thrust upon the world on Tuesday. I can go back to bed and relax because if the leaks are correct, the new Apple wearable will be similar to my Pebble!! My mental health and credit line thank you APPL...

It was meant as a joke. I know quite well that already for the battery, there would not be enough space, unless battery technology suddenly makes a huge jump forward.
