What version of QuickReply are people using it? I've tried to reinstall a few times, but it's still not working.

spoke too soon. Not working again, same problem. Can't type when I reply. Can only hit "Done". :(

Tried bitesms for the first time because I initially couldn't get quickreply to function properly.
It's great and so far works as it's suppose to but I think it's more than I need.

I guess quickreply is working for everyone again so I may give it another shot.

I had quickreply, but my license won't transfer. Using Bite right now, just wish it didn't have such a crappy icon on the retina display.

got it to work..installed it from cydia and paid 2.99...works like a charm...the only thing is double tapping when there are more than 1 SMS waiting to be read, but still i like this better than bitesms because it seems like it's better integrated with the overall iOS feel

Randomly the keyboard on the lockscreen stopped working. Uninstalled and then reinstalled and within 10 texts, it happened again. They REALLY need to update this and make it work. Along with the fact that you can't view previous messages, see contact picture, or use landscape this app was NOT iOS 4 optimized enough...

biteSMS is overall better when compared to QuickReply. It's not as buggy.

biteSMS is problem free and well worth $8 for a ad free version.

I'm actually loving biteSMS quite a bit now that I've installed it! It doesn't integrate QUITE as well as quickreply, but it's way more stable :D

I've never been a fan of the bitesms, it's gotten me a trouble on a couple of occasions sending a text to the wrong person (i must be dumb to no be using it right) but I think quickreply seems more my speed.

Quickreply allows you to respond to text anywhere right? It's not meant to replace you texting app, correct?

Really? Hmm IMO I think it implements better. I used to be a hardcore iRealSMS lover but it was buggy with my iPhone 3G. Finally made the switch to biteSMS with my iPhone 4. I can't look back.

Im about to try Tlert, looks great and from the same guys that brought My3G, MyWI, Iblacklist. Those are my favorite apps. Ill update once ive give tlert a try for a week or so.

so we have BiteSMS, QuickReply, and Tlert... I wonder which one is the best?

For all the people having issues with quickreply not working fine...buy the actual app not the cracked one. The paid one is working fine on ip4s. I have been sending texts all morning with no issues whatsoever. Bitesms is nice but overall I think quickreply is an overall better value because it is more lightweight. I have tried both and went back to qr multiple times.

I'm using the official one, just the 10 day trial. and it's not working well for me AT ALL :/

i don't think quickreply has a 10 day trial..you have to buy to use it no?

i was using the cracked one and it didn't work...bought it and it worked..on landscape and shows the contact picture on the quickreply (not in the SMS app itself)

it doesn't replace the iphone SMS app, but complements it..

still some bugs such as if you miss two SMS in a row, but the rest seems to work fine..i mean it's only 2.99
