sadly no, rained last night, which delayed it most likely !
but its coming early tomorrow !
I'm showing Lantau as well. The system at work (fedex) showed I was destined to 'ANC' next, so looks like I'll be heading to Alaska. My commit date isn't until the 22nd though. I'm thinking it will probably come Monday for me. Can't wait to get to work tomorrow to see more detailed scans.
I hope mine gets hear by Friday. That would be nice to play with it over the weekend.
Probably for telling people to call and yell at apple and demand free stuff since your iPad is still within its shipping time table... but aww well so long!
It was weird when I wen't and picked my iPad up from the Fed-Ex store (had it re-routed there since i wasn't home) he was like "you happy to get your iPad?, I have had a few of these come in today"

Manhattan.
It sat in Newark all day after sitting in Alaska all night. Just was in the unlucky crate. I was in the lucky crate for iPhone 4 so I guess I can't complain too much.
The Newark flight came in a little late last night, then it rained kind of heavy there, so i guess that just delayed the bundle. Ours are both in the same bundle, i have 2 iPads to be delivered tomorrow.
I'm in the same boat as you except I ordered a black one and ordered 4 minutes after you. Been in the "prepared for shipment" for the past 2 days now.
My 32 GB AT&T Black IPAD 2 is finally "Prepared for Shipment." (I feel like crying with joy at this point!!!)
So I tried to call Apple CS...and didn't get a Smart Cover refund.
Didn't think that was even an option, but based on what people are writing here...I thought I'd try it. Maybe I'll try again, but not sure how to justify it...the CSR said I'm within my shipping time.

mine is stuck on that damn island as well...it has been there ALL day! I am in CA so I wonder if mine will still go to Alaska? My delivery date still shows for this Friday by 4.30pm!
Anticipation
Anyone tried to set up some type of table where folks could log when they ordered, Estimated shipped date and actual shipping date? It would be interesting to see if they're staying on target or if some of us can possibly anticipate an earlier ship date.

There is a post somewhere where someone did a doodle site and had all that where people could log what they bought and the time they bought.....

Hopefully, the iPads that were just prepared for shipment will go out "today". The local time in Shenzhen at the time of this posting is 9:00 AM.

I ordered the same thing 10 minutes after you, so hopefully I'll see something in the morning.
If these do go out 'today', when will they hit the States. Said another way, since my iPad is one of the ones to just go into 'prepared for shipment', when do you think it will be delivered?
