For those who routed from Lantau to Japan, I am thinking you might have the direct flights to Memphis, as it seems that most of those have a 3/18 commit date. I could be totally off though.

my smart cover is with your iPad and it will be here tomorrow.
my iPad is in Japan and it will be here next week.

And there is a way apple can expedite shipping because my smart cover got expedited shipping (2day shipping) and it passed my iPad up and my iPad shipped a day sooner.

TechSpeak I think we were joking about how our Ipads were hitting shots of Tequila yesterday. Looks like they prefer Sake after all...

Haha, find it very funny and feels the same too. I will be right there for iPhone5 launch event. I have called CS and trying to get mine expedited somehow because I am traveling on 24th. I would be happy if they let me pay for faster shipping. They have been very nice. I have to say it is beyond my expectation. Go Apple！

I made it yesterday. Or was it the day before? It is hard to remember -- it's all a blur of checking, refreshing and calling local stores. My first iPad (I talked myself out of the original one), so I am having hard time letting Apple do their thing. At least I am not as bad as some people, who call the pilots of Fedex flights and ask them to fly faster (;)) we all need to form some support group. I also made this doodle, where people are posting their updates, so you can see who is getting their stuff and when.

On Lantau Island as of an hour ago. I'm guessing I hit AK from there tonight, Newark some time tomorrow, PA on Saturday and a delivery some time Monday. Stuff's lookin' goo!

yup naked little alcoholics touring the world!

mine is on "package status" which based on yesterday, I take to mean
too hungover to catch a plane for about 24 hours. I am starting to think its dodging planes because it has a fear of commitment!

My 64 GB ATT black iPad 2 switched to "Prepared to ship" last night. Still hasn't actually shipped yet though. I ordered it 6:31 AM EST. It's supposed to arrive between the 18th (teleport?) and 25th.

Considering the time it takes to go from "Prepared to ship" to "shipped" and the time it's taking my cover and HDMI adapter to get from China to me (it's going to be at least a week), I can't see how anyone whose iPad 2 hasn't shipped yet and has an arrival date of "by the 25th" will possibly have it by then.
