Anyone else with a 32GB black 3G ATT been setting on Lantau Island since the 18th? Mine is scheduled for deliver on the 23rd, they are gonna have to hurry to make that date.
 
For all of us stuck on the Island of Misfit Toys: There are 2 flights out of there today, destination Memphis. One a little after 8 am and another one a little after 10 am (US East coast times.)

So check your tracking again late this morning (or keep hitting refresh) and hopefully we'll see our iPads move.

Mine is Just 16 Wifi so if yours is 3G, mine feels inferior and is hiding in the corner of her box.

Not sure if my word traveler is coming home today - FedEx doesn't deliver packages to us directly out of Jacksonville, they come from either Ocala or Gainesville. Left the authorization to leave on the front door just-is-case. Had iPad delivered to house hoping it would arrive on Saturday (was hoping for Saturday the 12th)

Hong Kong's first flight straight to Memphis (FX 048) has left but apparantly my Black 64Gb ATT ordered at 1:27am PST wanted to ride some more rides at Disney. Hoping it's on the next one leaving at 22:15 local HK time (FX 098).

Well it was a long trip, after going to Japan back to China, then to South Korea, then finally AK, Missed my first expected delivery date, now my baby is almost home.

Looking like this Black 32GB ATT is on its way to me today after sitting a few miles from me all weekend. Those of you on the East Coast. 2 hours ahead of me this morning, are seeing a similar path..."left FedEx ramp" comes right before its loaded on a truck. Which hopefully happens this morning. Its 628a local here.

Interesting too, that last scan is the only scan that does not show up on the FedEx tracker and does show up on the Yahoo Small Business one.

I'm sure this has been brought up already, but here's a tip for those of you who see your package in your state fairly close to you the day before scheduled delivery.

call fed ex @ 1800 go fedex and tell them you want to pick it up. Mine was scheduled to be delivered to me tomorrow, but I saw it arrived from alaska pretty close to me so I called them and now I can pick it up in an hour!

My iPad made it to a sort facility near my house so I just called fedex to see if it would go out for delivery today and they said that since it was scheduled for a wed. delivery that they wouldnt get to the cage it's locked in until early wed morning which also ruled out putting it on hold and picking it up from them. sucks since it's so close to my home.

They actually said I wouldn't even be able to put it on hold since the sender requested that they make at least one delivery attempt before they allow it to go on hold. Strange.

damn dude, i guess it worked for me because i called yesterday when it hit my state but before it got to the facility by my house.

I hope this is true, but it runs contrary to everything I've been told both from FedEx and every person that has tried and posted here. FedEx tells me everytime I call, that they can't release it to me until one delivery attempt has been made.
