So, after over 3 days on Lantau Island, I just got this update!

Hopefully, this means it's on a plane! What do you all think? If so, which flight #? Maybe 48? So glad to see it's finally making progress. Good luck to everyone else still waiting!

White 64GB ATT 3G in hand! I ordered 10 minutes before the site was suppose to go up. Fedex said it was to arrive on the 23rd but I got it today. Apple had said it would arrive on the 22nd. So glad it is here. Hope you guys get yours soon! I live about an hour north of Kansas City, Missouri. So maybe that's why it got here "early". If you can call over a week "early"!

I would guess FDX 048 which should be wheels up just abut now. Lands in Memphis at 11:28 pm local time.
 
Getting Nervous

My iPad is set to deliver today by 10:30 - however, I am getting nervous. It made it to Portland Friday evening, and on the Fed-ex website shows it is still in Portland - but on the Yahoo tracker, it shows it left the Portland Fed-ex ramp early Saturday morning - but that is the last update. I just figured it made it's way to me here in Salem, but they didn't scan it as recieved because they don't do things with them at the local offices on Saturday. But now it is after 7:30AM here, and still no movement on it. I realize they have 3 hours to get it here, and the office is like 15 minutes away, and also that they could scan it as there and on the truck within like 5 minutes, but still...what if they lost it. I know I am being paranoid - but I have to leave Salem in a few hours for a few days, and the timing was oh so perfect. Makes me think something will go wrong!
 
On FedEx vehicle for delivery!!!!

SO F'N EXCITED! Ordered 1AM on Friday the 11th - 64gb white at&t.

Also got a $100 credit from Apple by calling customer support Thursday last week.

Already have and been had the HDMI connector and smart cover.

TODAY IS OFFICIALLY AMAZING! :) :apple:
 
Has anyone that's been stuck on Osaka (SENNAN-SHI) since Saturday gotten out?

Please... anyone know the FX outbound schedule from KIX (Osaka)? It is absolutely killing me.... I want to call and scream at FedEx but can't until I know all the flights from KIX have left for the day.

I am abolutely convinced FedEx has lost my ipad
 
Believe it or not - It's snowing here in Connecticut right now and I hope that doesn't delay my FedEX truck even further! ;)

I am also at the same status now and I think It will be flight 98.

My 32Gb 3G Black arrived at the doorstep this morning.

Ordered at 12:49am.

Now...I already have a 32Gb Black iPad 2 that I bought through att.com at the same time, but it has heinous backlight bleeding...so I plan on opening up this one, seeing how bad the bleed is, and then returning the loser.

It's such a shame that it has to come to Apple's customers doing their QC. :rolleyes::eek::(:mad:

Mine has been at Lantau since yesterday but didn't get an update like that on my tracking info yet - does this mean my iPad is officially stuck at Lantau until tomorrow? :(
 
On the delivery truck

Well everyone. it's been a fun trip together.... My 32gb Black Verizon is on the truck heading to me... It is in my hands as of 9:55am CDT... Bad part about it is I have a LOT of work to do today and won't be able to activate it until tonight. Still, it's being delivered a full day early.

For those of you still waiting for yours, hang in there. Once it gets to either Memphis or Anchorage, it is like time speeds up and it will be in your hands quicker than you can imagine.

Pretty sure yours, mine and Theory's are all in the same container. I was hoping that they would have that thing cracked open because of your delivery being scheduled for today.

I called FedEx and asked for them to attempt to deliver on mine today since it is here in Portland already. I'm expecting a call back from them after 10.

Actually, I "think" you have escaped. I "think" it means your are in transit from Lantau Island. The question is to where. Hopefully, Memphis.

Mine says the same thing. I don't think it is back at Lantau Island though. I think it is on the fedex flight to Memphis that was scheduled to depart at 22:28. At least I hope :)
 
Been following this a while. Ordered a White 64gb wifi at 3.15 am PDT. Went to prepared for shipping and card was charged on Saturday afternoon, been sitting pretty since. Hoping to see it shipped soon!
