In reviewing the flight info that was kindly posted here, it looks like my order will arrive in Memphis in the wee hours of 3/29.

My scheduled delivery date is 3/31, is there a chance FedEx will make delivery before 3/31?

Reviewing other delivery stats I'd say It'll be delivered either tomorrow or the day after at the latest.

However mine is currently being held in Alaska as per yahoo
 
Well, mine has been siting at the Destination Sort Facility for 48 hours now (Sat. through Mon.) but is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow before 4:30 PM.

Yes and I am guessing its headed to Memphis and will arrive in the wee hours of 3/29. Which for me means it could be out for delivery on 3/29 unless FedEx holds on to it until 3/31.

Yep! Exact same here. I think we're on that flight to Memphis.

Cut off? We were on the ground before the next flight to memphis was even scheduled. If were not on that plane, well, shame on fedex.

Read back and few pages and my tracking has been the exact same as yours until Anchorage. Mine is now as follows:

Fedex:

Yahoo:

So, mine is now just a bit earlier than the times you have been quoted. Not sure it means anything or perhaps my unit is no longer on the same trip as your units.

FDX94 left Anchorage at 4:07 local time. Perhaps, the Yahoo report above (4:06 local time) suggests my unit is on this flight?

I didn't get to Lenox Square until about 10:15 this morning. I was really shocked they had iPads left for sale. They must have had a large shipment come in. All they had left by the time I got there was 16 and 64GB ATT&T which was indeed surprising considering the shortage of GSM models. Since I wanted white, I have no idea if they had black. The guy doing triage at the entrance had a stack of maybe 8 to 10 of those little cards representing which ones
they had for sale.

The Lenox Store is larger and generally has more stock than other Atlanta stores. I'd go there if your able and you'd probably have more luck if you went much earlier than I did today. I've been there almost every morning since the launch day and this morning is the first they've had any stock left by opening time. Good luck and it seems perseverance can pay off. So, keep trying.:)

I have the same message. If the scan is accurate, looks like my iPad 2 did not make the flight. Should know for sure as the Mephis flight is due to land in about 3 hours.

Are there any other flights out or Alaska for FedEx tonight to Memphis?
 
Thread for p/u at Apple stores?

Sorry, I don't mean to hijack the thread, but is there a topic where people are reporting in about their experience trying to score an iPad 2 at an Apple retail store? I'd love to see what strategy seems to be working best. Thanks!
