I was just wondering if my ipad 2 is:

I live in Baltimore, how long would you suppose it would take to get here? I was praying it would get here tomorrow by slight chance. It say's estimated delivery date the 31st

My estimate is for April 1. Could be a bad joke - who knows...?

saweetlaxr your iPad 2 will be on one of those flights out to Memphis, then on a flight to Baltimore tonight, and in your hands tomorrow if FedEx is keeping up.
I hope for your sake that is true but you're pretty much guaranteed it by the 1st save another thunderstorm in memphis
 
I wonder if they are loading the iPads on to the plane or not? My status is still Held at Sort Facility Anchorage, AK. This is starting to get annoying...it seems like it's been sitting there for 24 hours already

For anyone in the Southern area, there seems to be a flight heading from Anchorage to Forth Worth at 3:45 AKDT.

I'm guessing this means that it is on FDX 28 due into Memphis at 12:55 am Central. Was getting a little nervous as it had sat at Anchorage for more than 24 hours. Fingers crossed that it will make its way to me in Boston by end of day tomorrow.

64 gb black 3g att; ordered at about 9pm Eastern on March 11. Orig shipment estimate was April 1 with delivery on April 6.
 
Have you looked recently?

Mine somehow found a spot on the flight out of Anchorage at 3:15PM!

Hoping for a delivery tomorrow! :D

I'd venture to guess that's the Newark flight at 4:05 .. this looks likes todays schedule from PANC - (of course as many others have pointed to .. you can plug in the flight numbers in flightaware to see the historical data for the past week or so)

Could be, although last week my smartcover came through Memphis and had an almost identical departure time out of Anchorage. Guess I will find out in the am when the tracking updates. I hope it is on whichever flight tonight gets it to me soonest.
 
so my last tracking info is:

2011-03-29 16:14:00 Released for delivery ANCHORAGE, AK

i know via FlightAwake that the flight from anchorage to newark left at 16:05 Alaska time (final destination nyc)...

so does this mean my ipad cleared customs right after the flight left (and thus will stay there another 24 hours until tomorrows flight to newark)?

...or could it have been a late scan possibly still on that flight??

Looks like my ipad is on the plane with mine. Hoping we both get our IPADs tomorrow. I am getting a Black 65gb which was ordered March 11 at 6 am.
