Seems like mine's been bumped a couple times already. It's was shipped on Tuesday, and as of Friday (today), it's only made it to Alaska.
It's landing in about an hour... We might see an update from FedEx later on tonight! Mine's on its way to NJ.
I have been watching the flight closely ever since you posted the information (thanks for that, by the way). I am really hoping that we have some good news shortly...
It seems Apple is having a hard time building the 16GB White iPad Wi-Fi. Mine still has Not yet shipped... I ordered Mar 12 6:39PM PT. I guess 16GB flash drive modules are hard to find in china.

Wtf, I ordered my 32 GB black Wifi iPad on March 13th, at 6:23PM PDT (I assume you meant March 14th, not April 14th lol), and my ship date still says April 11th and still hasn't been prepared for shipment. ughhhh want my ipad now please
Ordered online on March 13th. Ship date set for April 11th, but just notified by credit card company that Apple processed the charge today.
Yeah sorry, I ordered March 14th. Really I do not understand how the Apple delivery system works.
What's weird for me is that originally right when i ordered it charged me, but then the charges got reversed, so technically I haven't been charged at all. My order didn't get cancelled though since it still shows up in my order history and gives me the option to cancel it. I also never got an email that said my order got cancelled so hopefully it's still active.
Tiangayo: annoying that your order is going to ship before mine even though I ordered a day before you...
They ping your card when you place the order to verify it's a viable card but it's just a pending transaction and doesn't stay on the card. They'll charge you again (for reals) when it's getting ready to ship. I bet you'll either see it on your card or see your order change to "prepared for shipment" by tomorrow.
Totally normal, Apple do a pre auth, then will do the full credit card capture when the product ships.
