i am BEYOND frustrated at this point. I need one desperately for work purposes. Meetings are being held up. Silly me, I thought I could walk in a store and buy one a month after it launched, but there are STILL scalpers sending them back to China.

I ordered April 6 also and mine is being shipped Fedex and it has been sitting in Hong Kong for two days now. I have a delivery date of April 28th🙁

So my tracking has said "out for delivery" all day, and the morning truck never came, and the afternoon truck passed right by my house. I hate UPS.

Same here! I order April 22nd and it ships May 6 and delivers May 7 on a Saturday morning. I didnt know they make ipad2s in NY! It would be so cool if it said..."Designed in California, Made in USA" haha but itll probably be Made in China!

This is so true, I haven't had any scans since China on 4/23, UPS had it sched. For delivery yesterday (4/25) and apple had it sched for delivery today (4/26) but nothing. UPS told me that it is all apples fault, that apple put a customs hold on my shipment and that's why it hasn't moved. Apple says that's not true. Then when I emailed and called ups today they told me this morning that it has cleared customs around 9am this morning, but still no scans...and I paid for 2 day shipping!

I really really hate UPS.

Yay!!! That's great....I'm jealous...but then again, I only ordered mine on 4/22! Enjoy it 😀
 
Well the flight from Alaska to Louisville already took off. No update on my scans. Hopefully it's on there but at this point I doubt it.

No updates on my shipment scan as well. Now it has exceeded Apple's delivery estimate as well. 😡

I'm in the same boat, er plane (or storage container). My tracking hasn't been updated since Monday at 5:00 a.m. UPS just doesn't scan all of their packages. As I have stated before, I have received UPS packages with 2 pieces of tracking info: scanned for pick-up and delivered.

My smart cover took 4 days to arrive from first scan to delivery. For the iPad, tomorrow will be day 3.

I pray that you are correct. But i have this feeling our ipads are still just sitting there.....

P.S did anyone get a scan from ups that it reached alaska?

I too hope you're right. I guess we'll all find out tom. I have a bad feeling that it's sitting in hong kong still.
 
UPS is ridiculous. Sunday night (Monday in China), the tracking said that my iPad had shipped, and for the past two days I've been seeing this message on the Yahoo tracking page:

Sorry to give you bad news but your iPad still has to go to hong kong before it leaves for Alaska then onto Louisville, KY

If your lucky it'll make the hop and head to Alaska tomorrow then you'll prob get it thurs.
