Yahoo Small Business says my iPad 2 is in Narita. Anybody else?

Mine surprised and and never hit Memphis, it went to Indianapolis instead, and since it only took an hour to get to Romulus (Where the Detroit area airport is) I have to assume it flew there.

Yeah! She is half an hour from me, but FedEx still says est delivery is the 17th.

I wanted it held at the facility, wonder if I can pick it up today.

Lots of crazy research my friend. I think a couple of the guys in the thread are pilots or airplane freaks.

It is a little little creeepy, but you can look at FedEx flights at flightaware

I'm also in SoCal and I think our shipping status may not be as up to date as they show.

Mine still shows as "Intl Shipment Release" at 3:50PM. It had to have made a flight out at some point today. I had a similar issue with my iPhone 4 delivery. My delivery status said the phone was still in Alaska, yet I was in LA signing for the delivery. FedEx's systems are not as advanced as UPS in the tracking department. I think anyone in SoCal who had their iPad shipped out with the first wave will receive them at some point tomorrow.

I had a book shipped to me from India once and he fed ex tracking was all wrong.

Also, in cali you guys probably went on a different flight, since it seems like it is pretty much FedEx ground only from your nearest fedex airport.

Well the product was shipped to the local store right? I mean it wasn't teleported there. I think the posters point was that shipping cost is figured into the overall cost of the product. Both at retail and home delivery.

my ipad went from Indianapolis to Greer, South Carolina in just 15 minutes !? It is being delivered to Greenville, not to far away !!

I am about to refresh my FedEx shipping info. I'm hoping it made it on one of the two flights last night, as it has been sitting in Hong Kong since early yesterday morning.

Is there an issue with the AT&T iPads that is causing this delay?

At least I will be able to hang my smart cover on the refrigerator until my iPad arrives.

Same here! Apple has completely screwed this up!

I called apple and all I got was the corporate line.... We still have between 3-5 business days to ship. I was all but called a liar when I said that many, many, many people who,had placed their orders AFTER I had, were due to actually RECEIVE theirs today or tomorrow.

Apple SUCKS. This whole clusterf**k because they wanted to generate a bunch of publicity with long lines at stores and make this huge demand to make people scared to buy Xoom.

I know I have had this happen a few times (specifically for Fedex) where the product did, in fact, move but was not yet reflected in their systems so I'm hoping that is the case here. If so, we should see an update in 2 hours.
