Retina icons for normal apps!!!

Thanks! Was making 'em anyways so figured I'd upload for everyone.
Couple more I did for a friend: DIdn't like his low res Engadget and ESPN SportsCenter icons.
Oh, so I've been trying to change the icon for Grooveshark, but have been unable. I have no trouble changing icons for literally any other app (replace the icon@2x(or whatever).png) but when I do that for the grooveshark app it doesn't update on my springboard, any ideas? Thanks!
i might have missed it but where do i find the place to change cydia apps? theyre not where my reg apps are?

They're usually in Root/User/Applications/
The folders are named by some long code, usually something random like B6H7D-39H6K-638FD-673JK (you kinda have to just look through them all).
/private/var/mobile/Library/WebClips. However, it's a known bug of 4.0 and 4.0.1 that certain web apps (ones which install parts of themselves on your phone for faster loading, to be specific) just won't display 2x icons, whether you replace the icon.png or add an @2x version. So if you're stumped over Retina icons not displaying for a web app, it's probably this bug. Hope Apple fixes it for 4.1.

For some odd reason I can't change the icon for Atomic Browser. I found the right PNG icon file (verified by the fact that it was 57x57 pixels). I got the high res version setup, uploaded it, it asked of I want to override the file already there and then I resprung (even tried rebooting the phone) but still the icon looks low res. If I download the new uploaded file back to my computer and check the specs, it says 114x114 yet looks like the 57x57 icon.

When trying to change the words with friends icon the only one I see in the app folder is icon_paid.png is that the one to replace?

Can somebody PLEASE give me an easy step-by-step instruction of HOW to get these new icons onto my iPhone to replace the old ones? YES, I am a n00b, I have no *^%*&$^#(* idea how to do it and yes I read the instructions the dude wrote before but they are way too complicated. A couple people posted before me and asked how exactly to do this too.
