My fido plan

So i just signed up myself for a iphone contract thru fido as such. First of all, my sister already had a contract, so I was added under the family/couples plan.

So this is our plan.. 35 $ -- 150 minutes with free evening/wkends
30 $ ---- 6 GB data plan
11 $ text msging for me...which i might change to just plain text msging if i find out if visual voice mail is included in the data plan
13.9 system access fee
1 $ -- 911 fee
7 $ - evenings starting at 5pm for her

110.63 with tax making it 55 $ each ...but i might take away the value pack and add (100 txts for 5 $ and the early 5pm evening/wkds

which would make the plan ~ 92 $ with tax making it 46$ each..

But i also read the fine print there is a cancellation fee for the contract and the data plan...so 2 cancellations fees...voice is max 400 $ and data is 100$ for the max periods.

Exactly where is this fine print?
I did mine over the phone and received nothing as far as pricing or any type of documentation.
Now they screwed up my plan big time and their claiming I dont get the $50 off for the phone. I have 3 separate sales calls thatll back me up, just waiting till the right time to deal with it.

# An Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) applies to all subscribers with a Fido Agreement, if , for any reason, their service is terminated prior to the end of the Fido Agreement. The ECF is the greater of the (i) $100 or (ii) $20 per month remaining in the Fido Agreement, to a maximum of $400 (plus applicable taxes), and applies for each deactivated phone number.

# Additional Data Early Cancellation Fee: In connection with your wireless internet access option, a Data Early Cancellation Fee (DECF) also applies if, for any reason, your wireless internet access option is terminated prior to the end of your wireless internet access option’s commitment term (Data Term). The DECF is the greater of: (i) $25 or (ii) $5 per month remaining in the Data Term, to a maximum of $100 (plus applicable taxes), and applies in addition to the ECF for termination of your Fido Agreement. If you subscribe to a package along with a wireless internet access option, both the ECF and the DECF apply.

*** I think I'm gonna hold off on the data plan and just get the Iphone on a 3 year with a voice plan...because what happens if like in montreal we end up getting free wifi....it will be a waste...or i could just pay $100...which really isn't that much..
