Delivering to a UPS store will likely delay it a day. Keeping it at a Customer Center won't delay it
I am starting to think ours that are still showing in ZZ China on the 19th never got scanned after that or the system is back logged not showing recent scans online. We may get lucky and they are on their way to Louisville as we speak.
I am having mine sent to a UPS service center. Supposedly I can pick it up on same day as originally quoted and earlier than having it delivered. I'm one of the last on the route normally. Since it doesn't have to be put on the truck I should be able to pick it up at lunch.
Mine still shows an arrival date of the 22nd , which is the original date. I live off the beaten path haha
I'm doing the same. My center is about an hour away, and I plan on being there the minute it opens! I don't want to wait any more than I need to
That's what I'm hoping. Should land in about 3 1/2 hours. No idea how long it will take to scan from there. But that's worldport and they would definitely be breaking up the load and scanning individual packages.
So has it updated since your date has slipped back or stayed on your original date?
No. it still shows Wednesday on list view and in calendar view. But when I click on the tracking number it says it has been updated to Thursday.
Okay, just trying to hold hope for the Thursday delivery, but it looks like I won't have it till Friday. I just needed someone else's input, I changed mine to be picked up and I can't get a pick up date

I don't think you can once you switch to pickup.
We will def know in the morning or after 1 am when it lands and packages start scanning. There are two flights coming down from Anchorage now. One lands at 1230 am and the other is a little after 1 am.

I couldn't get it. It said the request couldn't be completed and prompted me to enter an address or something. I'm guessing it has something to do with that because my phone isn't showing up in MyChoice...
EDIT: Fixed it. Had to add my dad's name as an alternate first name for the delivery address

Mine still shows expected delivery day, but I also set a text message alert when ready for pick up
Looking forward to 48hrs in "preparing for shipment"

Same here October 12th for a MB iPhone 7+ 32gb can't believe I'm still waiting it's getting a little ridiculous

FWIW, the UPS guy told me today while I was picking up my iPhone that UPS had a massive conference call a day or two ago... he said they were told Monday is going to be a total s--- show because "they screwed up in China."
Apparently some phones were inadvertently left in China or put on the wrong planes. Ouch.
Hmmm. wonder if this had anything to do with it. I guess we find out tommorow if these are still sitting in ZZ.
My tracking details match this exactly except the part where it hit anchorage and leaves anchorage, looks like we all have delays in receiving scan details, I wouldn't worry! at least those who have shipping details that are similar

Maybe there is a rush and scans are being skipped and updated after the fact once moved further along? I hate speculating but makes sense?
