Nope, many of us are the same. There are only a few posters that indicated they have a departure scan. However, UPS' scans cant be trusted based on several posters, some of who had no scans between China and Louisville!

Thanks everyone! I will just keep checking!

What is your current status according to ups tracking?

i can't glean much from this because like i mentioned, i had a change of address but i've attached what i currently see when i track.

Found out something interesting in the spreadsheet. Those of use with "Incheon, Korea 11:16 PM "Pkg shipped; delivery being scheduled" have also the further out delivery dates quoted by Apple (9/26 and above, in my case 9/29 due to being in Mexico). Maybe they are holding those out for future shipment to make rooms for those they quoted earlier? Would hate it to be the case but that's the only thing I can make out of it.

I wonder if these changes make the packages get "stuck". I requested pick up from an UPS CC and it's been stuck for over 24 hours in China... 1:05 member here...

Just got off the phone with a UPS supervisor who was surprisingly helpful. Here's what he said about my shipment (I'm in the China-Korea-China-Korea loop group with my last update being (re)arrival at Incheon 09/21/2016 8:01 P.M.):

-None of these packages are being scanned individually overseas - only the containers are being scanned

-The container holding my package (along with 2 to 3 thousand other packages) was detained for a security screening. Normally with pre-paid shipments such as these, security screenings aren't done, but one was done on this container for whatever reason.

-Because individual packages are not scanned at this stage, it is possible that the tracking system isn't accurately reflecting the status of the package. To wit - my container may well have departed Korea earlier today or yesterday even though no departure scan is showing in my tracking update.

-I will likely not see any further updates until my container has cleared US customs and my package has been scanned.

-My package will likely be routed through KY before coming to SoCal, and the normal turnaround time from KY to SoCal is 1 day, such that it would be delivered to me in SoCal the day after it arrives in KY.

-My phone is probably already on route from Korea to the US, or is already in the US but has just not yet cleared customs, and as such I should receive it Friday.

-If I want more information regarding what happened overseas, I would have to call international shipping cserv because they have access to more information than domestic shipping cserv.

I wish it was just Friday. I don't think I would even be mad if my iPhone 5S just shattered and blew up. Let me retire this thing!

I paid full price for my iPhone 7 Plus (256GB!), the charge has been out of my account since last Friday haha. Let me use it :p
How about this one. Based on me getting phone on launch every year I put my iPhone 6s Plus on eBay and it sold the day before I expected to get my new iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black. I figured with payment and the weekend I wouldn't have to ship until Tuesday. Well as we all know Apple screwed many of us (confirmation email from Apple at xx:15) and still no phone and I had to ship this morning. So I have no cell phone until this gets settled. I normally have extra old iPhones, but my girlfriend pestered me into selling all my unused tech stuff after I held onto one of my old iPhones so long it was almost worthless. Thanks Apple.... Thanks UPS. Arghhhhh!!!! UPS tells me I'll have it tomorrow, but I'm not falling for that one... again.

Great info. Most helpful post of the day! Thanks!!!

I also think west coast goes from Anchorage to Ontario (California). The midwest and east coast go ANC to Louisville.
I believe that's true, but I'm not sure where they draw the line. I'm in Utah and it always gets set to Louisville while Ontario is much closer

Still processing. 95% sure I won't get mine until 10-4 - 10-10. Even though I preordered within 30 minutes of availability. A darn shame.
You're 30 minutes I'm :10

Do you know if customs search is conducted in Anchorage or Louisville?

I'm stuck with "Information Unavailable," under Scheduled Delivery Data. Mine is in Incheon, KR, however, as of now has not gone back to China. I have this as well:
  • 09/21/2016 3:43 P.M.
  • Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery. / The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city.

I am getting frustrated/slightly mad now. I expect my phone tomorrow, but that probably will not happen!

    :apple:

i'm getting the same status as well. it was initially rescheduled to tomorrow, then updated again to show friday delivery date. now the same status above....wtf?

A lot of these responses are strange to me. People are using the word "stuck" regarding their package and blaming UPS for all sorts of things.

People. If you're getting your phone before 10/04, it's early. Be happy.
We all knew it would be "early". Again, whats with these pointless posts?

They must really have concerns with this container lol I think this same group also had a security delay in ZhengZhou which pushed delivery back by a day already.

I'm west coast and it went anchorage to Louisville. If it's like my watch last year it goes to California next and then to me.

If you are happy to get your iPhone whenever, I'm not sure I understand why you are on this thread which is dedicated to people tracking their pre-orders with these specific original delivery dates through every part of the process. This would seem pretty boring to you if you're not into it. Kinda why I don't watch golf on television. Lol

This sounds like what the guy I spoke to at UPS was eluding too but refused to come and say it.
