Roll call - Oct. 4th - Oct. 10th original ship date

I already posted what happened to me with expedited shipping. It messed me up.

The apple site froze up on me until 3:11 am and then I clicked on the black Verizon 7 Plus, 128gb. It had trouble verifying with Verizon, so I said not to worry and that I had a reservation for Sept 16th.

I didn't believe it so I ordered again and it went to the cart. It had a Sept 16th shipping date still! All of a sudden it changed to Sept 27th I think. I went back to shipping options and it had a $10 Expedited option available. I clicked on it, then it went to Oct 4th to the 10th and that's where it is now.
 
What the heck?!?!? I just got home from work and decided to check our forum and no one has moved yet?!?!? All hope is lost. We are never getting our phones.....

Just had a mini heart attack. I saw the notification quickly...... Butttttt then realized

Ordered 7plus 128gb matte black on sept 9 got oct 4-10 shipping still processing. Decided to go hunt for one went to att and target. Guy at target said their getting a shipment for sure on Wednesday and I could reserve one. Maybe my wait is over on Wednesday
 
Well, my watch came today (nice!), but no movement on her Jet Black sister. I'm hoping we all get our phones by Tuesday!
 
We may see some movement by Tuesday like a CC charge or Preparing, but I'd say its pretty unlikely they will ship anything until mid-late next week at the earliest. These likely arrive week of 26th unless there is a miracle. Most of the Sept group hasn't even shipped yet.

I agree that this is the more likely scenario, as the 26th date people probably wont get theirs until Tuesday.
 
Not exactly the same situation, as I live in china, but similar. Ordered at 4.10 am, paid in full, original shipping date was end of Oct/start of Nov. Dates were moved up to Sep 30-oct 13 on Monday 12th. Yesterday, my status was changed to `preparing for shipment`- dates haven't changed though. iPhone 7+ 256 matte black. I'm hoping the status update is a good sign...

I am going to use the Apple Store app to try and reserve a phone. They said to check store stock every day starting tomorrow at 8AM. I'm going to give up on the Jet Black for the Matte Black.
 
So, I'm in this Oct 4-10 club with my matte black 7 Plus order, but I had also reserved a 7 Plus in rose gold for this morning through the IUP program, as it was the only color available. I love the rose gold, but I have a 6s Plus in rose gold, so I wanted something different this year. My plan was to exchange the rose gold for the black when it came. But now that I have the rose gold (again), I realize how much I love it, and how pretty the white front looks against the case colors I like. I'm thinking I'm gonna keep the rose gold and just return the black when it arrives. Crazy, right?

I just saw on the apple website, they said they will start taking reservations at 1201.
