FWIW, i did talk to a UPS agent in my local hub/facility as i was there for something else. Based on available info (which has been all over the board as we all know!!) it seems a lot of phones might be on UPS63 landing in AK around 4:30EST. If the flight gets into Louisville in time for it to be sent to your area and get on a truck for tomorrow, UPS is doing saturday delivery for those folks where available. Again, grain of salt and all that, but, there you go.

So I guess the point is, a supervisor at UPS told me something different. How do we know who is right, they have been saying different things all week. Why trust them now?
So for people that actually originally had orders of 10/4-10/10, this thread has become basically worthless. A large percentage of posts are from people that originally had earlier ship dates.
For all of the posters that were never in the 10/4-10/10 order window, thinks for ruining the usefulness of this thread for those of us that were trying to status our orders to see where in the que our orders reside.

Yes this thread should only be for original 10/4-10/10 ship dates otherwise it's purpose is defeated

For what it's worth, I had an original date of Oct 4 - Oct 10 ship date. I got an email from UPS a few days ago stating I would get my shipment on Sept 22. Then I got mixed up in the "Mechnical Failure" madness at UPS in China/Korea. Today I had an online chat with Apple. Looks like the package will be delivered on Sept 26 (Mon).

Not to worry I have checked delivery dates on our end and they are certainly still Sept. 26 no delays have occur yet on our end. This happens every year when we have pre orders. UPS doesn’t keep up with the correct scans on their end and always list their status as China or Korea. But not to worry our items are currently delivering on time and this is a well known issue right now with the status on UPS site. If for some reason your phone were to not deliver on time please chat back in to have these looked into. We will certainly try our best to make sure the iPhone 7 plus is deliver on time for you.
ME: I had already received an email stating that my delivery would be on Thurs 22 is adding to my confusion. From my email: "Hi ---------, you have a package coming tomorrow. Scheduled Delivery Date: Thursday, 09/22/2016 Estimated Delivery Time: End Of Day"
APPLE: Yes this is incorrect.
ME: Just wondering why I received this?
APPLE: I apologize for the misinformation, UPS has been sending our customers emails that do not match with our delivery dates. I do apologize for that.
APPLE: We have already spoke to them regarding this, and it seems it was a mistake on their end. I do apologize for that being sent to you with incorrect delivery dates.
ME: Alright... I will ignore their email. Very confusing and frustrating however. So I should expect deliver on Monday?
APPLE: Correct, and yes I understand your frustration with all this, but I am super excited you are getting your item ahead of time. We were super pleased to see many items shipped out before October. But yes delivery dates are Sept. 26 which is this Monday. You should have your iPhone 7 plus in your hands by this date.

An Apple Specialist told me last night that if I did not get it today:
"If there is no updated delivery date by tomorrow afternoon, please contact us. We will conduct a shipping investigation and reach out to UPS to see what’s going on for you!"
Don't know if it will do much but, I am definitely going to do it.
Man, half of my frustration with all this is them treating people like they're idiots. Anyone who has every been through an iPhone preorder before knows Apple pads their dates, so as to always surprise the users with an early ship date. To act like they moved heaven and earth to get you the phone early, instead of the truth -- giving you an overly conservative date in the beginning is just disingenuous.

That is probably related to your bank. 14 days is very long time for your phone to stick in processing.
With the Bank's okay. We are such a few people who ordered 7+ 32Gb T-Mobile, who have 128 and 256 have already shipped, and 32Gb not shipped
For those of you in the know concerning UPS operations...if the customer center for your area is closed on both Saturday and Sunday, then there is no possibility that Saturday delivery will even be an option. Correct, or is this not necessarily the case?
My guess? They are waiting for the clogged up UPS system to settle down so things go back to a normal "flow" and regular delivery times. They don't want even more people constantly calling UPS and Apple for status updates.
What's the point of having it shipped only to be siting around constantly tracking it like we all are...
I would not say 'most have shipped'. There are still a VERY high percentage of 10/4-10/10 original shipping window that have not yet shipped. The few that have and all of the cross-contamination from posters who were never even in the 10/4-10/10 window really add a ton of bad information in this thread for those of us trying to keep up with the actual cue.
