Crazy, I just got the pic in the mail from a friend, I was like WTF, they are using a mac on stage, but the TV screens with what looks like a keynote presentation is a bit weird

I'm going to say Fake... but we'll know soon enough...

hmmm I have photoshop too.... i guarantee thats not what the stage looks like.... in fact ill bet that the "intel" logo was in that circle, common you guys were mac users not idiots. next thing you know fox will be a reputible netowrk...i can't wait for the next episode of joe millionaire btw.

ooh! ooh!

It's definitely confirmed!!

Just go to www.intel.com and look! There's a link there called "Jobs at Intel"! That must mean that Apple is going to license OS X on Intel! Marklar here we come!!!

Note: Duh. Right. And the Jets are going to win the superbowl ....

this has got to be one of the fastest viewed topics in recent history.

229 views and counting in a matter of what, 3 minutes?

lol and barfo i saw that too and then less than a second later i woke up and said oh, jobs like careers....gotcha....lol

Assuming this is real then it will be about 6 before anything is known. If Jobs is speaking then it will probably won't be until after he's finished + 10 minutes before anyone gets wind of it.

Of course there is a 90% chance this is Looprumors' iWalk.

Funny, this thread isn't showing up on the front page anymore. Not news worthy anymore, Arn?

Only 90% chance? I'd say 99.9998%. But hey, you never know...

The logo looks fake, but if you squint, it does kind of look like a studio display on the table there.

Just maybe...

Just because the Apple Logo was placed OVER the lights on the wall, and the spots don't show on top of the logo - doesn't mean it's real.

If the picture is fake, it is a thorough one. The High-Res JPG contains EXIF information -- the image was taken with a CoolPix 990, aperture, ISO setting are all plausible.

There's also a second Apple Logo on the Monitor just below the person with the red hair standing on stage. Behind the Logo is the gray gradient that's usually used in Apple presentations.

I say it's not a fake.

Um... I think that is BS...

i think we would of heard something by now, eh?

I mean and Apple-Intel doesn't sound right, I like AMD-Apple.

Fighting against Microsoft and with its biggest chip maker don't seem right.
But AMD is a smaller company....

Whatever, I still would like to see an x86 compaible Mac Os X, but whatever.

Why does Apple get center stage and not Intel? Intel is the big Gorilla... and it's the "Intel Sales & Marketing conference". I dunno man...

I don't have the skill to check the ISO settings, but I noticed the second Apple logo too. It's a pretty darn good fake if it isn't real.

Now as for what Apple would be thinking, going with Intel, that's another story... *cough*AMD!!*cough*

We'll see, I guess. Anyone care to update us?

a thought...

it doesn't have to be a permanant logo... it is about the same size and scale as the other video displays. Maybe it is another video screen with a unique shape cutout. That way whichever company is front and center gets their logo on the big screen too.

strings

If you notice on top of the two "test pattern" screens and the screen with the Apple logo, it appears that there are strings holding the screens up, which would explain the blue lights being behing the screen.

You'd think we would have heard at least SOMETHING by now though.
