Rumors Point to the Five iPhone 15 Color Options to Expect

Given how everyone slaps a case on it first thing, why not cut some colors and simplify? Apparently people love the idea of the color that’s hidden behind a case.

It's actually a shame.
I always bought white iPhones and I have used a case from day one on my 13, but whenever I remove the case from mine for a cleanup, I marvel at ots beauty; I really think the alluminium side rails look much better than the Pro models.

I truly do not understand why the more expensive models get less colors.
It’s something that has existed since Jobs and the iPod era.
If you wanted the one with the most storage, that would be the iPod classic, and that came in… stainless steel.
Or nothing.
There was even one year (2006) where the 2GB Nano came in Silver only (makes sense), the 4 GB came with the entire selection (makes sense), and the 8GB came in… black. And later red. Two colors only.
Just strange.
If your favorite color was blue and you wanted the most storage, you were out of luck.

Exactly, I would take any of those regular/+ color except maybe Coral on the Pro. Wish they could at least have actual Black on a Pro and not Gray

That would possibly be my pick. I only want the screen size anyhoe so might forego Pro

Yes, we know; everyone without a case has to chime in.

I think it's silly and I would destroy my phone weekly without a case. They just don't hold up to be banged on things, dropped on tile, thrown in a backpack, etc.

I used to not use a case because I wanted to see the beautiful color of my phone. Then my phone slipped out of my pocket or out of my hands one too many times, and I've never looked back. It is disappointing. I love my Alpine Green 13 Pro, but I can only see the color when I take the case off. A case is a necessary evil. I don't want to have to use it. But it makes so much more sense practically. And for me that does mean I care about these colors less. They're fun to look at in the Apple store, but I know that I won't be seeing the color for the most part.

They ALL look the same with a case!!

I'm using a bumper case with my 12 mini that leaves the beautiful blue back exposed.

I hope the pro models all come with a white cable. I have no interest in a blue or red usb-c cable.

The Pros will likely come with dull non-colors anyway so it probably doesn't matter.

I use my 13 mini without a case. MagSafe wallet gives me good grip outdoors. If I think back of which iPhones I loved most I list phones I used without a case.

Hmmm… not a fan of the shades in the mockup. I thought the XR colors were pretty terrible

I’d love a saturated shade of cyan, turquoise, teal, something along those lines. Please Apple throw me a bone. I’ll get that Apple tattoo I’ve been talking about!

The colors they pick are so strange to me these days. Their pinks always lean toward orange instead of magenta. Their blues never have enough green to them. Maybe I’m color blind? But I don’t think anyone’s ever told me their favorite color was salmon (no offense salmon lovers)

Hey @AngerDanger did you do this mock-up? Those colors look gorgeous, I love that concept.

I mean, maybe not my favorite color choice for this year’s iPhone, but the green and the coral look pretty fresh.

I think the best new color in a long time was that royal blue of the iPhone 12.

The thing I would like about the color coded cables would be how it would make it easier to tell which of my kids stole my charger. 🙃

Ya like all those other pros that they made in blue, purple, green, and gold.

Blue gray, purple gray, and green gray.

I’ll admit the gold was more eye catching, but those other colors are all dark and desaturated.
