They still sell the S3, I'm sure they have tons of them.
If it’s a standard Sport S3 then yes they still sell it.

If it’s a Ceramic S3 then that was only on sale for one year.

I believe Ceramic S3 watches are more powerful than regular S3 watches. Ceramic versions all have cellular built in. 16GB storage rather than 8GB.

Also I never ran into any of the software updating memory problems on my Ceramic S3, that other regular S3 owners had.

All S3 with LTE have 16GB storage

I’m on the fence, I purchased the s5 ceramic when it was released. Should I hold onto it? Do you think apple will ever release another ceramic version? I’m thinking of maybe selling it. I just don’t wanna regret it.

Personally, I don't think they'll ever do another ceramic watch in the near future. Ceramic seemed to be a Jony Ive thing and now that he's gone, we probably won't see it another one any time soon. Titanium does look like it will stick around a bit longer though, with the the Apple Card being made out of titanium and rumors of the next Pro phone having a titanium body instead of stainless steel.

It was so beautiful. 😞
Still is… and the difference to the S6 and S7 isn‘t that big, if you can live with the slightly worse battery life. Mine gets worn a lot ;-)

I’m sad. So I will be holding onto it. I really saved to have it. Always admired the early models and the cool gray ceramic!

i don’t know for you guys, but my battery is getting horrible. Battery health is at 83%. I called Apple and they ran a diagnosis. They will send me a replacement. I have also burn in. They hold 1400 euros on my card, i didn’t remember it was so expensive.

They don’t have the band, though. Anyone managed to get one replaced? The white band with the ceramic pin…

After reading your post, I checked my AW's battery health and to my horror it read 71%, so have made an appointment at the Apple Store to have the battery replaced.

I have the band replaced earlier this year. On my first visit the store staff said it is normal wear and tear, and replacement would be chargeable. I made a second visit and saw another staff, and was given a free replacement under AppleCare+ after explaining my circumstances. The band was mailed to me, however it seemed to be a Series 3 band - the shade of white is the same though.

@nattK this happened to mine too. I’m not sure whether it’s some kind of crack. The pin surface still feels smooth.

Thanks for your testimony. I called again today and they couldn’t find the band. 🤦‍♂️

which store did you go?

I went to Apple Store Marina Bay Sands (Singapore) both times. The code "2A602-00274-B" was inscribed on the box, maybe that will help with the search. (This is for Series 3 42mm though, and the pin is ceramic.)

Just dropped off my AW at the Apple Store - and I am already missing Music and Apple Pay. Seems like many of the Store employees are not optimistic about the return of a ceramic Edition.
