How long should I wait until I know for sure I will get a 6s with the TSMC chip?

Given that they went with the two chip suppliers only to ensure they could meet launch demand, and the Samsung chips actually cost them less, chances are the vast majority of new handsets going forward will be Samsung. As will most of the refurb phones of course, thanks to all the pointless returns.

You can find it unlikely, but that doesn't mean it's not true.

My devices and their defects:

4th gen iPod touch: light leak first time, dead pixels second time.

iPhone 4s: Dead pixels first time, black circle in camera second time, broken Wi-Fi third time.

iPhone 5s: Dead pixels first time, dust under the screen second time.

iPhone 6s+: Uneven display tint and pinching issue first time. God knows what's coming the second time.

you just happen to get the sh*tty end of the stick. Ive had tons of devices and never had an issue :)

Mine has one brighter pixel right in the center of the display(not dead). It's visible only with bright colours and I think I will do nothing about as I don't care.
