"Ingenious" ways to unknowingly give your data to miners on Android.
Which paints the Apple user as an idiot. An Apple user isn't going to see this and decide to switch to a company they just essentially said they are an idiot. That's not the point of these ads. Samsung doesn't need to show their phone, specs, or retail locations. These are negative ads against Apple.
Pretty funny considering the Note 9 still can't outperform the year old iPhone X. And yes, nobody wants a stylus for a phone. Samsung should focus more on their failing sales than Apple.
In my mind, if I’m half paying attention to the tv, or am in a public location where the tv is muted, all I see is Apple products. I would have ZERO clue this is a negative ad produced by Samsung bashing Apple.
So in a lot of cases, I could easily see how this could be “free advertisement” for Apple.
Anyone remember when android phones used to crush iPhone benchmarks? No one cared then lol it was all about performance and optimization. Now is
It's all the sites cling too. I suppose it adds to the herd mentality. All I know is in real world speed test the iPhone X loses to the S9 and Note 8.

"You can FaceTime with up to 32 people at once."
"Why would I ever want to do that?"
...
"The Apple Pencil only works on the iPad."
"Okay, so what can I use on my Phone?"
More powerful huh?View attachment 775289
Do you realize that what you posted is actually proof of what he said? But regardless, they’re doing just fine. Great, even.
That's why these ads are created for a targeted channel: YouTube.
It's clearly not intended for TV or a train station.
The customer that is using a Samsung product... It seems like you are one of very few who see this as a good ad for Samsung when it literally advertises their direct competitor for free... And not just their phones. These ads have had Macbooks, HomePods, and AirPods all visible..No, it paints the Apple Store clerk as an idiot. The customer is portrayed as knowledgeable. Did you actually watch the video?

The group FaceTime part is pretty darn weak in my opinion. If your only counter to it is "Why would I want to do that?", why even bring it up in the first place? All you've done is state a feature the competition has that you don't.
To be an Apple-centric site, these place sure does feature a lot of Samsung content. Yikes.
Samsung's premium phones which are the ones that compete directly with the iPhone have not been selling anywhere near the numbers that older models did. The premium phone is where the profit is made.
It doesn't take a college degree to see that this is doing nothing but giving free advertising to Apple's entire suite of products. This ad is a standard upward attack strategy used by anybody who has studied marketing or has earned an MBA.
Once again, Marketing 101.
Apple might as well just introduce pencil support. Hush those at Samsung and improve usage for their own users in one foul swoop.
