Green apples are better
Indirectly bolstering the likes of Samsung, LG, Sony, Foxconn, ARM Holdings, Nokia and others.
This obsession with supporting "American" companies really is a vain prospect but I do see it banded about here. It's as if supporting non American companies is somehow inherantly evil.
Any reasons why American companies are better than others?
Samsung and their lies are not going to get my money.... Not for smartphones nor for my new tv set (planning to buy this November) no!
Samsung.... What have you done so great lately? Yeah just Ripping off others idea!
I'm also proud to boycott Samsung products ... They're on a knock off mission it seems, common among South Korean electronics companies.
Samsung knocks off the iPhone, iPad, their accessories, graphics and packaging they do it too with washers, dryers, fridges, freezers ... PATHETIC.

Give me a Samsung product that is a Knock off.
The Samsung smart cover knock offs.
Samsung just sucks. Their products are garbages, copies...

Please. No one has showed me what Samsung copied.
Packaging. Interface. Design. USB power adapter. USB dock connector and cable.
I'm sure I could continue. The attached image might help.
I can't imagine that you compare the iPhone with an NDS... wowAh, that pic again.
The first picture is not a Samsung store...its a Samsung mini store within a store, thus the Apple icons appear...on the back wall.
As for the power adapter, I'm pretty sure a company makes them and Apple and Samsung and other companies buy them.
Black Berry has the same looking charger.

As for the same box design. Nintendo DS had something similiar:

Nintendo DS came out in 2004, years before the first iPhone. So who's copying who again?
Also when you open a box, you mosttly, if not always, see the product first.
The cable and connector is a PDMI. Which is commonly used .
And the last picture is nonsense.

i'm sure all of the people on earth think that they are similar to each other. /s
All I want to say is that, a copy is a copy. Everyone knows that. The fact that you don't care if it's a copycat product or not is another matter.
I find it really hypocrite that whenever a Chinese company copies that iPhone or other smartphones, some people shout 'shameless copy!', 'sue them!'.
But when some other companies copy, the same people will say, "hey, they are not actually that similar, this one has one more button! It's the only way that we can make a smartphone! All smartphones before the iPhone had large capacitive screens with only 2 buttons and used gestures!"
It's a Samsung store which Samsung corporate opened. I don't care what size the shop is, but it is ran by Samsung corporate. Just because it is a mini-store does not mean that it is not ran by Samsung. The first picture is not a Samsung store...its a Samsung mini store within a store, thus the Apple icons appear...on the back wall.
1.) Samsung's is a complete design ripoff, save for the color. 2.) I never said RIM wasn't copying as well, although their adapter has differences, whereas the Samsung adapter is the same exact design. As for the power adapter, I'm pretty sure a company makes them and Apple and Samsung and other companies buy them.

That's irrelevant. Apple patented the design of the packaging. They look the same and Apple owns the design. As for the same box design. Nintendo DS had something similiar:

and you'd have to be a complete moron to confuse the two.

Why did Samsung all of a sudden switch to use a cable/connector that Apple uses? They didn't use it before. Neither does any other major phone maker. Hmm...
How so? Side-by-side they look the same.

Those icons at back is not part of the Samsung booth... as you can see the flooring the wood parquet part is the samsung booth pluss also notice at the left side of the galaxy ace signage there is a small partition which is in line with the wood parquet denotes that the area beyod that is not part of the booth.
Boom! Already found a device that has a similar look as the iPhone before the iPhone came out.
