You do realize that the following is fact. Prior to March 2011, Samesung had a Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet ready for the masses.
True, they showed off what was to become the Galaxy Tab 10.1v to the public in February.
It was based off the iPad 1 specs.
Uh ? Dual core processor, front (2 MP) and back (8MP) cameras, 21 mbps HSPA+... stop me when I get to the "iPad 1 specs" please. Oh right, this thing wasn't based off the iPad 1 specs at all, that's you spreading misinformation and FUD.
Right after the iPad 2 was shown to the public, Samesung execs stated that they had to go back to the drawing board. They then retooled their 10.1 to match the iPad 2, literally copying everything they could.
By changing... what exactly ? What is the difference between the 10.1v and the 10.1 ?
Let me tell you :
- the 10.1 has a 3 MP back camera instead of 8 on the 10.1v
- the 10.1 is thinner by 2 mm than the 10.1v (and the iPad 2 consequently)
- the 10.1 has a 64 GB storage option that the 10.1v doesn't
Otherwise, same tablet.
So what exactly in those 3 changes is "literally copying everything they could" from the iPad 2 ?
Oh right, it's not because you just don't know what you're talking about :
10.1v specs
10.1 specs
It's so hilarious seeing all the people bash Samsung yet not realising that we're on this big network called the Internet where we can fact check and prove them wrong so easily.
Take a look at the charging connector, the design of the packaging, the minimalistic design of the current 10.1. Then take a look at the previous 10.1. You can see how Samesung has copied everything they could. Samesung is like a talking parrot. Great for mimicking, but incapable of producing anything original.
You want to know when Samesung will produce their next tablet? I can tell you right now, with 100% certainty it will be within 3 months of the iPad 3's release. It takes their engneers that long to create the copy.[/QUOTE]
