I don't see anything wrong w/ jabbing at a company. They did it all the time against MS.
Infiniti jabs at BMW. Lexus jabs at the Europeans. Michigan jabs OSU.

That is why Apple is really focused on Samsung, because they came from behind and pushed ahead of Apple and with their Android crown, they are the best target to pursue Android indirectly since Apple have nothing on Google.

He'd have a much better point if he'd compare the Big Mac with the King Supreme. The whopper is nothing like a bigmac, though it could be argued that the King Supreme is "highly influenced" by McDonald's garbage. What does a Chinese KIRF copy have to do with Samsung exactly ? You're all over the map and only proving you have no real clue.
Anyway, all this talk of copying, while completely boring and rehashed on its own, is completely irrelevant in the context of this thread. This is about Australia, an ad for the Tab and the injunction that was overturned which never was granted based on design, copying or any of that junk. The Australian case was about 2 patents, one for a UI gesture and one for a manufacturing process for screen technology.
