This is what happened to Linux. On both Windows and Mac OS. The year of the Linux desktop truly has arrived. What and do away with android devices company? Just have android as an app on iPhones?
But what about the 70% of the world who can’t afford iPhones? Are they supposed to do without a smartphone? Android is the back bone in many developing countries. This is what happened to Linux. On both Windows and Mac OS. The year of the Linux desktop truly has arrived.
“It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer, or the baker that we expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own self-interest. We address ourselves not to their humanity but to their self-love, and never talk to them of our own necessities, but of their advantages”But what about the 70% of the world who can’t afford iPhones? I didn’t like it much. Maybe because it was limited and I’ve got experience with the real thing. For someone who’s never used one UI or hasn’t used an android phone in 10 years or ever.Pretty cool way to showcase Android but I still wouldn’t switch over.
Samsung isn't that bad. I'm thinking of getting Samsung instead of iPhone.Neat to try out. Makes me appreciate iOS even more. lol
For what?Apple should do the reverse. An app for Android users to simulate the iOS experience on their phones. Money in the bank!
Many first world countries too.But what about the 70% of the world who can’t afford iPhones? Are they supposed to do without a smartphone? Android is the back bone in many developing countries.
Samsung has a lot of great phones nowadays with great cameras and battery life.I can’t access it, its asking me to scan a QR code on my iPhone X.
I attempted without my VPN and Safari content blocker, and in a private tab.
It kind of looks cool to try, Samsung and android has changed a lot since I had a Galaxy note 3.
For a second I thought that this was an app Samsung put on the App Store and I was wondering how the hell Apple approved it![]()
I've played around with demo units at Best Buy, my brothers Note 10. I DO like the freedom of Android, what you can do with the phones - total customization without jailbreaking it...and yeah I admit, I like the changes in design Samsung brings each year to the phone. Very slick looking phones! I guess after being on iOS since June 2007...I'm just used to it.But how would you know if you wanted one before trying? This is what this web-tool does, you can try it without a minimal effort. As a promotional tool it is genius, IMO.
Better yet, put in in the Epic stores. Best way to keep it off iOS devices!Bloat Simulator 2021. Put it on Steam!
One UI doesn’t look like iOS 14.Quite ironic, coming from Samsung - a firm which has done everything to make it’s UI, down to the icons, to look like iOS. Interesting.
I see no similarities in Samsung's OS and in iOS?Quite ironic, coming from Samsung - a firm which has done everything to make it’s UI, down to the icons, to look like iOS. Interesting.
The Koolaid is strong here. I used to use Android phones for years. Finally got into an iPhone about 1.5 years ago. I like It mostly because it syncs browser/passwords/text messages with the iPad. If Apple would fix the inability to remove words from swype input so it stops missing obvious and frequently-used words like ‘and’ (which it insists is ‘Andy’ and other stupid things) I would have few complaints about the iPhone.WOW. people bashing Android here like they Bash Intel.
Have you tried a Galaxy S21 Ultra lately?
It's as good if not better than the iPhone.
I've had more hardware problems with APPLE phones than I ever had using Samsung and Android.
Indeed. I'm using a Galaxy S7. The TouchWiz UI is gawd awful.🤮 Every Samsung phone I've used, I've replaced the default launcher with Nova Launcher. If Samsung used the default Google launcher, I'd be much, much happier. How to prevent people from switching 101
OS/2 was actually ahead of its time, especially the UI.Now this is some kinda next level desperate. But to be honest, with how powerful the A series SoC is, I'm surprised someone just doesn't turn Android into an app that can access the Google Playstore on iOS. Although, this would probably be blocked by the store and its kind of a bad memory (remember IBM with OS/2 can also run Windows better than Windows?)
