to anyone who doesn't wanna queue up at an apple store in the morn, just read on the tesco direct site that they will be selling them from 1 min past midnight tonight/morrow mornin.
My tracking number isn't working

There all in Belfast the tracking info only states where it will be sent to! So there's no need to worry about checking, everyone who pre-ordered early enough will get theirs tomorrow

Been reading through this and glad to hear that some of you guys seem to be getting sorted. My pre order was on 8th and I'm being quoted dispatch on the 29th! I'm not in Scotland or NI, I'm in Dorchester in the SW, hardly an outlying area!
I've emailed Mr Cook as well, asking why I'm gonna have to wait for two more weeks, and hope to hear something back. I'm sceptical that I'll be contacted though.

Lol mines in England, been on its holidays, I'd say it's now waiting at airport to fly over and around 4/5/6am TNT will alert me of it being in n Ireland and out for delivery...
Well the important bit is that we'll have them in our hands this time tomorrow

Morning all. What is everyone in N. Ireland's TNT tracking status? Mine says "In Transit"- looking at the UK Pre-Order thread all the TNT orders in England are either "Arrived At Depot" or "Out For Deivery".
I'm speculating that this means we won't be getting our deliveries until a lot later in the day.

I'm in newtownards, ordered at 23:30 on launch day and mine is showing as in transit to courier with an estimated delivery of Monday
Not good, same thing happened with my iPhone 4. Seems they can't get things in place for launch day delivery in Northern Ireland. Not impressed at all.

Mines shipping by TnT and states:
15 Mar 2012* 19:23:00* KG4* Shipment Received At Transit Point.*
15 Mar 2012* 13:30:00* Nuneaton* Shipment In Transit.*
The 19:23pm update didn't show until this morning... Am hoping a update shows soon or I can't see us getting them today as they should be out for delivery by now...

Morning. Mine still hasn't been scanned anywhere since Nuneaton yesterday, so I called TNT (at about 6.40 am). The guy told me to give it a couple of hours to see whether it updates, but that it has a "due date" of Monday 19th. I said, no, Apple had called me yesterday to say that it was shipped with TNT's Express guaranteed next-day service. The TNT guy just repeated that it had a due date of the 19th on his system but to keep checking. I'm seriously hacked off. I've taken the day off work!

1. Ordered, delivers 16th
2. Email, sorry your getting yours 20th/21st
3. Call, your gonna get it 16th
4. Now we might not get um until monday...

I'm really not sure I trust that TNT tracking. Same as you, my KG4 update didn't show up until this morning.
I complained so much to that woman who phoned me from Apple, there is no way she would have said "your iPad will definitely be with you on Friday" if there was a possibility it wouldn't.
So I'm just gonna wait it out. Not much else we can do now. If my iPad doesn't show up today, Apple will be in for it.
I think if our statuses don't change by 9/10am we need to get ringing apple big time...

I'm in exactly the same position. Going to call Apple and TNT again at 9.00 but I now don't expect it today, as was promised by Apple in the phone call. So aggravating! I was up early enough today to go and queue at Victoria Square as well, which I would've done if I'd known this would happen!
Am ringing her at 9/10am....
Look on the uk status thread, all TNT customers have there iPads marked as "out for delivery", ours are still not landed in our local depoit...
Wonder if there's any chance Tesco in Lisburn have them. Never seen iPads on sale there before though.
Keep us posted what they say and I'll do the same...

I agree that the TNT tracker is unreliable, but when I phoned TNT to give them my tracking number, he was adamant that the due date was Monday 19th..

We best be getting them! They assured us yesterday that they would be here! If it does not arrive I will demand compensation for a waste of my time and for being directly lied to! The orignal date was a binding contract that was then confirmed twice on telephone they don't have a chance!
I'm very disapointed in Apple...

My apple order status page says the 19th, but the apple lady who rung me told me to ignore that... That was her words "ignore it, it will be with you tomorrow"...
