Hi,Hi! A few days ago I bought a leather case for the iPhone 13 Pro. The problem was that removing the case from the phone was very hard and it cost me a lot. When checking the steel frames I realized that it had a small scratch and I don't know if it was from removing the cover or if it was already from the factory that way.
I am aware that polished steel is very Icarus and with the passage of time small scratches will appear. Has something similar happened to someone else? Should I be concerned? It just annoys me because the phone is new but I guess it's inevitable ...
Thanks and best regards!
So I’ve actually had the same issue with the 13, and a silicone apple case. The scratches weren’t there before. But it’s literally like scratched in some spots to the point where it’s missing colour and looks like it got dug into.
Most likely what happened to you, was it dropped once and that’s how it appeared, even with the case on.
I’ve come to the conclusion that the phone is very fragile, and apple cases must just not disperse the impact well, considering to my phone it’s happening near the corners. Which really sucks if you’re doing trade in value plans.
Keeping in mind the new apple cases don’t even have full coverage with the front bumpers.
So honestly, I would get a different case.
