What is the best screen protector for the 14 Pro Max that can be bought from the UK?

I’ve always used ESR screen protectors and have never been disappointed.

In fact I’m using my 13 Pro Max protectors on my 14 Pro Max and even after this long it peeled off the old phone easily and stuck to the new one without any hassles or bubbles.

Wholeheartedly recommend.

ESR Armorite Tempered-Glass Compatible with iPhone 14 Pro Max Screen Protector, Ultra-Tough, Easy Alignment Frame, 2 Pack https://amzn.eu/d/8J6yT9T

Better than Spigen?

Since my phone is new, do you recommend using the wet wipe to clean my screen before applying the screen protector or is there no point since the phone is brand new therefore there should be no dust/dirt on the screen?

i wouldn't use a wet wipe. if you have touched the screen, i just use a clean microfiber towel, spray a little water on it and wipe. then use the dust stickers to make sure no dust

I see
But the phone will be coming straight out of the box..will I still need to clean the screen? Shouldn't the screen have no dust?

no, don’t peel the plastic sheet from the new phone till you’re ready with the screen protector install. just eye it quickly to see if any dust and then use a dust sticker. but you should be fine and probably won’t have to do anything

Okay thank you.

Spigen or ESR? Which one doesn't last?
For me it’s the ESR that didn’t last. I bought them for quite awhile cause they are so cheap and would literally change them out every month or so. Not sure about the Spigen. I have never tried that one. Once I found Flo-Lab, I haven’t felt the need to try any others.

ESR isn't cheap at all to me.
It's £17 in the UK for the 14 Pro Max screen protector and thats more expensive than the Spigen!

I have a 12 Pro. For my phone they are $11.99 for 3. The Spigen is $16.99 for 2.

My favorite the FloLab is $19.99 on sale for one. But it has excellent coverage and the oleophobic coating lasts for quite a few months.

I got the spigen one with the gadget to get it on and its the first time I have no dust or enything wrong with the screenprotector. Its also crystal clear and I love that

Anyone? Please?
I have tried many protectors - oleophobic coating that wears off quickly is one of my pet peeves. I haven’t tried the Belken or Spigen so I can’t speak to them. My favorite hands down is the FloLab anti bacterial. It has great coverage and I feel the oleophobic lasts longer than others I have tried. Not sure if it ships to the UK though.

I think they do but it might take a while to arrive.

I’ve purchased and applied the Belkin UltraGlass today, which I think is the same one the Apple Store sell.

Installation was easy although I bought two and the first one I screwed up by my own mistakes. No problems with the second which went on basically flawlessly. I removed the little dust that was there and I can’t tell it’s on the phone.

Fit is good and I like the feel of it. Time will tell how the oleophobic coating holds up. But the lifetime warranty is good.

Dropped my phone in case today and the Belkin UltraGlass immediately cracked which I found disappointing.

Belkin is already sending a replacement which I am impressed by.

In the meantime I've installed one of these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0BCNZCT5V.

This is one of the "auto dust remover" protectors and I have to say it worked brilliantly, no dust or anything at all. A totally flawless, bubble free install except at the very top where I had to use bit of pressure to get the bubbles out where the protector hadn't quite adhered. After doing that, it looks great.

It also covers a lot more of the front of the phone than the Belkin and so with my case there's almost no gap.

i also used something very similar under the brand wsken. looks the same. flawless install, but mine seemed to scratch easily. came 4 in a pack and i used 3. been using a spigen ez fit now for at least a month and so far no scratches.

Has anyone found a screen protector remotely close to spigen? I love their offering but figured id see if anyone knows of a brand who is offering similar product with cheaper pricing by now?

I swear by the Smart Devil brand now. I used to buy ESR but these are fantastic. Same quality as Spigen (oleophobic coating on mine hasn't worn off since I got my iPhone 14 Pro) and they typically come in a 3 pack.
