woohoo! I used someone else's link and ordered the case and just got my shipping notification!
Same here. Just received my shipping notice. Now that it's shipped I feel I can vent. I think if someone orders a case whether it be from an invatation or a link and Element excepts the order and charges your account/credit card then that's their problem not the person who ordered it. If their system is faulty and allows orders to go through that are not on the invite list than too bad for them and if they take your money they ar obligated to ship the product. This elementary school teacher stuff about checking a list against an order then holding it as punnishment because the person is not on the list or in another group is bull!
WHEW!! I was hitting refresh on my inbox all morning, now I can finally relax, as I too used someone else's invite and mine has shipped. I don't know whether it is a case by case situation, but the account i ordered mine with, I have purchased a Vapor 4, a Vapor Pro, and COMP with over the years. They probably saw that, when(if they even really are) verifying invite emails and said, ah **** it, he's practically has given us his first born worth of money. Hah
I got mines. Headed home in about an hour to take pictures.
Oh and it's freaking beautiful. Seriously

couple things to note. I already have the lucky labs spectre wrap on that i plan to take off, so thats why my antenna looks black with the case on.
BUT the box comes with "friction" stickers that go around the phone that protect from "friction" like sand and dust so there is no scratching the antenna.
The zip case is awesome too. There is also the tool wrench, back protectors (ultra suede and carbon fiber, pics included). Also there is a screen protector (which i won't be using, its not very good due to very open cut outs for the ear piece and home button) and a microfiber cloth.
I have one gripe that isn't a biggie. They put the glue on in excess on the padded lining, which is sticky and in one area got on my phone -- i just wiped it off. Its not a big deal, but watch out for that. Also the padding is just a millimeter wider in some small areas which sticks out a little once the case is on. No biggie again, not noticeable at all unless you are looking for it. And you can just mush it in, or trim it off, but for the premium price, i shouldn't have to deal with that.
But anyway, its an awesome case. Awesome awesome case. I am finally content and my search is over. Enjoy the pics, and ill be on for a couple mroe hours, so shoot me your questions

Those pics looks great...wonder why they still place the hump on the left side of the phone? I understand with the iPhone 4 they needed to but why not make it straight like the right side, even follow the design in the right side. Are the black pieces made of aluminum also? Do you have any reception issues?
Love this case but it provides no protection for the front and back of the phone other then sticking on the back pad.
I would love to order one just to have it.
Also wonder if the metal frame would scratch the edges of the black iPhone 5?

No reception issues!!!!!!!!!!
Metal frame won't scatch the edges. For two reasons. There is liner/padding in the insides of the case. Also, they provide "friction stickers" that are clear and act as a barrier for the antenna.
Also, concerning laying the phone down. there is a lip actually. its slight, but when you lay it on its back, there is a gap between the iphone and the surface. The front is the same, but the gap is even slighter for the front. So laydown protection is good.
Dont worry, its the pictures. Sorry, i used a harsh flash. but again, i was rushing. Its laying right here next to me, and its dark grey like in the pictures on the site. The pictures i took make it look a lot lighter. but that tells you the texture of the metal reflects light. but again, when you are just looking at it in regular lighting, its dark. but sometimes it is light. its like a gradient metal phenomenon of some sort.

field test, stayed the same. no change in reception. awesome

In the speed test the images show wifi was connected?..... How does it effect cellular speed!
