I've ordered numerous cases from them and you never get a tracking number, it just shows up. I bet a lot of them went out today.

dont be discouraged. Like they said, not all will be going out today for this batch. They may continue friday and monday for shipping the first batch.
Also to check, you should use "contact us" on elementcase's site. They are very good in responding quickly.
You need to post a full review with pics... The works. Your the first one getting one so please share

Remember this is a first edition case and EC will
No doubt be coming out with new designs in the coming weeks. I'm holding out for something that knocks my socks off, it may even be the Draco 5 if it gets good reviews and EC takes too long.
coming weeks? probably months. they've haven't even completed mailing the first batch of a case they've focused their entire efforts to creating.
I know they have ideas, but im sure they are far from even prototyping since they've been completely busy with the sector 5

Its not crap, its smart marketing. If its always readily available, the allure will wear off quicker. People want what its not readily available, its human nature.
Its subjective. By the way that people are clamoring to pre-order this bumper on this thread, I'd say its working. As for whether or not its worth it, people can argue til the cows come home.

Wow seriously? So you think that element case purposefully waited 4 weeks after the iphone 5 hit the streets, to release their Sector case just because of some "marketing gimmick"?

I don't think this case look good on an white iPhone...maybe just the frame with out that gray carbon back plate.
Also where are the Element case ultrasuede back plates for iPhone 5 ?
