White ceramic looks like regular white sport edition. Unless viewers look closely and touch it, from distance, it does not look different from white sport edition. It does not look professional and elegant, unless a professional look bands are used.
Let us hope next series will have black version, which most people as I do prefer. The watch does not look luxury or worth the money.

If this one does not look luxurious then why would a black one? It would look exactly the same just in a black finish. Ceramic does not change because of the color.

Also the sports watch is silver not white, but good try. You can get a white band for your silver sport, but it's not white.

Could not agree more! Making broad statements about something and about the people that own that something is a little ridiculous.

I first hated the Ceramic.
I didn't buy it for people to ogle at it. I bought it so I could ogle over it.
I am sure a vast amount of the population doesn't have a clue I have it.

I have bigger problems. My right butt check is somewhat jealous of my left wrist. It wants an upgrade from the 3 year old $9 amazon special wallet.

Luxurious is such a subjective word. A $30 bath towel may be luxurious to one person and to another person it may not make it on the consideration list.

A friend of mine spent $300 on a hockey stick. It surely didn't make him a better player. It's given him enjoyment. Just like my watch has done for me.
I have another friend that will spend crazy money on Scotch.
Another one on his motorcycle.

To me the funniest things is I spend a ton of money on the watch but too damn cheap to buy a band from apple.

Completely right! Haha so you won't buy a band from Apple after buying your $1300 Watch. You don't just think they are worth it?

Nope I almost refuse. The only reason I did buy two recently was, barclay send me $100 in reward cards.
other than that it's amazon, ebay for the third party bands.
I really like that band you posted earlier

Oh yeah I like the blue nylon. That is what I am rocking today. I have not tried the leather loop in awhile. I rock the sports and SB link most of the time.

Can't bring myself to purchase a SB Link.
I might be ordering that Luxeora band this week

Whatever they are, I now feel I made a bad choice in purchasing the watch.
Oh what to do.
Maybe buy a new band will make me feel better about my really bad choice.
 
I get compliments every day from clients about how clean and fresh the white looks. They don't know how much it does cost and when I do mention they tend to think it was a bit of a waste. But from a look standpoint I love it.

It matches my AirPods perfectly along with a white apple silicon case for my jet black iPhone.
 
I contemplated the ceramic model for some time, and ended up buying a S2 stainless to replace my S0 stainless with link bracelet.

I really like the concept of ceramic for this purpose. Scratch resistance like a Rado watch.

I have unfortunately come to feel the white ceramic looks a bit cheap, a bit plastic like, and I am concerned that the look will not have lasting appeal.

Given the limited lifespan of these things that may not be an issue for some, but I get the same vibe from the white that I get from white Oakley Gascans. Just a bit too metrosexual for my taste.

Just curious on your opinion on how long lasting appeal for an apple wearable is.

I was contemplating replacing my S0 SS with the S2 SS.
Wrist to wrist I really wasn't able to see the significant difference.

Having the SO SS, ceramic and nike silver, the SS still looks sharp to me with a metal or leather band.
The ceramic can be anything you want. I have received more compliments on the ceramic with a coordinating sports band than the SS with pricey bands.

I find it interesting you purchased a second SS over maybe a SGSS.

Did you keep the S0SS? The prices are so low on S0SS that I opted to keep mine vice dumping it off for a couple hundred.
