Series 4 Pre-order thread

I dont pre-order, i just walk into the apple store in central in hong kong after a week or two.
Not sure if you guys have a apple store nearby as well or not, but i dont really understand the value of pre-ordering it. I dont think it will be sold out for weeks/ months on end.

I had a quick look on Apple’s trade in website, to see what I could get for my Series 0 42mm Apple Watch (still 100% in perfect working order) and they quoted £50.

Is this the going rate for a Series 0 Watch ?

So you can have it earlier than a week or two after launch and get what you want obviously, not everyone got a later delivery date and even if they did they don’t have to bother going to a store and not everyone lives near one.

I see, well I know I could probably get £80-£100 if I sold my series 2, right now I can’t be bothered, my partner is going to post on Facebook to see if anyone she knows is interested in it and then if not I may let Apple have it.

Personally I find that silver colour very cheap looking normally but it does work well in that blue combination.

For sure, will do, but this first scan really isn't a movement scan. It's just a ping that the package is in the system. Look for a departure scan and then it will be on its way.

I had the 21st as a date then this morning it just says processing and the date went away but the iphone max I ordered still has the delivered by 21 with the order processing.... hopefully this doesn't mean the watch is no longer the 21st.... I'm more excited for that than the MAX!

Same boat with tmobile. I'm more excited about watch. Xs Max looks like Friday, for sure. Sold my series 3 on eBay. My watch dates are 9/21-10/9! I ordered within the first 45 minutes of preorder.

i ordered a couple hrs later on the 14th, 5am eastern......so i'm on the 10/19 delivery date for a space grey gps 40mm. Hopefully it moves up. I also did a trade-in of my series 3 which was cool, easier than trying to sell on ebay and for more $ than what i would clear after paying ebay and paypal. So, that was cool.

I sold my SBSS 42 S3 the night before preorders at Gamestop for some instant cash. I placed my phone orders at 3:01am Eastern via the VZW app but the app only showed the aluminum watches which I didn’t want. Later, around 11am just before I had to get ready for work, I called Verizon to ask about the stainless steel models. Rep found them listed on their website and they were still showing 9/21 delivery so I placed the orders immediately with her and got a quick confirmation email. So everything is coming on Friday (*knocks on wood*) and earlier today I stopped by a Verizon store and picked up two Speck cases, each a matching color to the phones. I will likely customize a case with Skinit later since I do that for every phone

Your delivery date disappearing may be an indication it’s about to go through the wave of processed orders. My mother’s phone shipped and the date disappeared when it was processed

With my apple order number (without W and/or last 2 digits) as UPS reference, I don't find any tracking.
