Thanks I think I will call them nowWell when I first set it up I got an email notification saying around your eta, so I called them and they said I was supposed to ignore that email and they are just processing the replacement as priority. Haven’t gotten another email notification as of yet, however on the app it says processing and delivers 9th to 11th Oct.
Also my return request pending there with a date of the 11th which is when it scheduled to be picked up. I think I only get another notification when it is shipped. I will keep you posted though.

Ok so I just called Apple and they say that my delivery date of 25th Oct - 1st November stands. My order is down for fast shipping but that doesn't mean a fast build. So what they are saying is that once my watch is preparing for dispatch, it will get priority shipping and that's all.
