Set Mail app windows to default size

The windows that pop up when you open an email, write a new one, etc. Does anyone know how to do it? I've resized them but now I want them the size they were set by default...

I deleted com.apple.mail.plist in Library/Preferences and nothing happened. Any ideas? Apple Support is unavailable today.

Ok it's done, followed this https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5118986 and it worked on High Sierra.
