I wonder how many user will start saying "There are too many movie look-a-likes with Steve Jobs."

This is only happen because he died, I would have guess these movies wouldn't have happened otherwise...

And I suppose when Tim passes, we'll see movie spring up about him as well?

Just let the man rest in peace....:)

If you wanna start doing movies, then u may as well start with steve jobs memorabilia too.

I don't mind maybe one movie, but seriously, how long can this last.... Will it be never ending saga for the rest of time ?

Its all for money ya, and that's the only thing that's keeping these going.. If users actually cared about steve job, they'd stop this. The story will slide... and suddenly the work at Pixar will vague..
So don't watch it?

I really hate the three 30-minute scenes idea, but the casting seems great. Why can't they just make a normal narrative?

Movies that jump around in time are usually ruined for me. I guess it takes me out of suspension of disbelief.
I'm really glad not everybody listens to the audience that you represent and actually makes movies that at least try to be somewhat interesting and different. Can't stand seeing the same movies over and over again.

How about we actually see what the move turns out to be like since it hasn't even started to film yet, let alone has actually been made.

Why is Steve Wozniak in this movie at all?

The entire idea behind this movie just seems terrible... I don't feel like it'll be remotely possible to relate to anyone in it.
Why is Steve Wozniak in a movie about Steve Jobs and Apple...certainly a complex question that would require a lot of Apple computers to crack.

Unless one of the Product launches was the original Mac, I don't see a role for Woz at all.

That's what I was thinking, although Woz's involvement with the Mac was very minimal. I thought this movie was going to focus on Steve Jobs's return and "new world" Apple products. Woz hasn't mattered since he took forever to push out the Disk II.

Anyone that tells you they saw this coming is the biggest liar the Earth has ever known.

People are going to immediately pan this casting, but I can see it working out. Never forget what people said about Heath Ledger as the Joker prior to the film being released.

In Sorkin we trust.

ledger (and probably anyone else) was criticized because of how highly some rate nicholsons performance.

rogen on the other hand is just unfunny and untalented.

I hope so - if not for any other reason than I find Seth to be incredibly sexy.

Are you being serious or facetious? I can't tell

----------

I see this story has been updated, saying rogen isn't confirmed. Well I hope not. I can't think of one movie that he's been in where I was impressed with his acting performance. Jona hill or jack black would be a better Woz. Rogen? SMH....

Let me get mine in now. So someone known for playing the sad sack slacker role is going to play one of the most driven men in recent history. Nice. His mannerisms are totally the opposite of Jobs. No insult intended for Rogen, he's a great actor and I like a lot of his movies. He's just completely wrong for this role.

And why do morons always say "look what they said about ____" like what somebody else said about something else has anything at all to do with what people are saying about the topic at hand?

Sony could go back in time and get the real Steve Jobs to play Steve Jobs, and somebody here would have an issue with it.

Just curious, did you read even the title of the article?

Everyone is entitled to their view.
Sure. And the natural progression for someone with that particular view is basically not to watch the movie, and thus the movie not even mattering to that individual.

Rogen had a cameo in 22 Jump Street, you're thinking of Jonah Hill. Kinda like mistaking Steve Wozniak for Steve Ballmer.

Wow, that's embarrassing, since his cameo was about how he looks like Jonah Hill and I've actually seen the movie. When writing this I was grabbing some movies from IMDB and didn't even stop to think about it. Swapped it out for another Rogen movie.

I'm serious. Not everyone likes their men slim or muscular -- what's so surprising? He has a great smile and is funny. I also think he'd do a good job in this role.

I just didn't think women typically found him attractive that's all. I mean everyone has their own preference. I guess he's out of the stereotypical Hollywood "sexy". As far as him in the role,I hope he does a good job. I just haven't seen him in a serious role or a performance that would give me confidence in this film. But that's my personal taste.
