Over the weekend, had a huge accident with my phone. I was running late and ran out to my garage and tripped over something, sending my phone falling and skidding across the asphalt. With tears in my eyes, I carefully examined my phone, to find my screen cracked and the sides of my phone dented. THEN I realized that I had a GLAS.t screen protector on there. I was hoping to GOD that it was the screen protector and not the actual screen that was broken. Well, as you can see from the photos, it was NOT the screen that was broken, but the GLAS.t. Suffice it to say, I'm a very happy camper and I will be ordering another pronto! The only thing was I did not have a case with me when I dropped it and the sides of my phone DID get dented. But oh well, live and learn Will never take my phone out of my cases. Ever Again.

After few months of usage, my Glas.t cracked in the middle. It has a horizontal line that goes across the screen protector. It's not so hideous that affects my use of the phone but it's there now. I have not dropped my phone. Weird how that happened, but I still have good thoughts about this tempered glass screen protector.
Just good to hear that your screen didn't crack.

Wow that really sucks! But hey at least your screen didn't crack! Thanks to glast or else I'm sure it would have been done. I so feel much safer with a glass screen protector on my phone. A must have now for ever phone I own from here on out.

They have a new type of GLAS.t screen protector called GLAS.t R. There's a thread on it somewhere here. The edges are 'rounded' so it's resistant to edge chipping.

Is the Glas.t really that much different than the Glas.tr? I have a Glas.t still in the package, was wondering if it was worth it to return it and get the tr?

Is the Glas.t really that much different than the Glas.tr? I have a Glas.t still in the package, was wondering if it was worth it to return it and get the tr?

I haven't used GLAS.t R yet so I'm not too sure. I just know GLAS.t R is rounded so it's much less prone to chipping. I've never had that issue using GLAS.t since I use a case with it but if you don't use a case, I'd say this would be a better investment.

I have the casecrown glider, incase slider and otterbox defender coming in the next few days. Plus when the lifeproof case is released, I will be picking one up and that definitely wont work with the glas.t.

I'm using it right now with the Incase Slider. Tight fit but works.

I didn't want to take a chance since I am misaligned so a tight fit probably would have bubbled it up. I put on an ultra crystal so I should be good to go with any case.

Has anyone had issues with dust getting under their Glas.t? I had 2 pieces of dust on my screen when i installed the screen protector which made 2 little air bubles but other than that it was perfect. I looked at my screen today after locking the screen and i can see tons of little dust specs under the screen protector which i cant wipe off, they are all over the screen even in the very center of the screen.
Is this what happens when you don't use the little home button cover? I don't understand how this happened after having the glas.t perfectly installed.

Can I use again after and how is that supposed to work if you say yes now? Like, it's gonna be all dry underneath, how is that supposed to stick again?

Also - are you telling me to pull it off with the finger nail as hard as I can or ?

you can't use it again if you peel it off. Well, you can use it again, but you will have touch problems, and many air pockets im sure.
Also, to get it off, I would use a credit card or something like that.

False. YMMV but i've removed mine twice and reapplied it perfectly. I removed my wifes last night with my fingernail.
