They sent me an email stating they expect to actually ship out tomorrow, but can't 100% guarantee tomorrow so they say "this week". I definitely think once I get the back replacement I'll be satisfied until Power Support releases theirs because again, I don't have any bubbles showing at all.

First of all, I would need your order number in order to process a refund or a replacement.
As far as the front facing camera is concerned, our film was originally designed without cut out for the front facing camera, because after numerous lab testings, we've decided that it doesn't affect the functionality or the quality of the

camera and image quality. We might add a cut out for the screen protector as well just to please our customers, but the actual date for availability for those films are unknown to us.

Does the skin actually affect the front facing camera? Has anyone tried this out?
 
Does anyone have experience with the Ultra Fine vs. Ultra Oleophobic protectors? It seems like they'd pretty much prevent the same thing, but the Fine specifically mentions fingerprints. I just kind of assumed my fingerprints were due to excess oils, etc.

The SGP Ultra Crystal film originally does not cut out fron facing camera parts. Unless you have problem with taking picture on top of our films, we*can't say it is defect product.

The re-call product we mentioned only two products which is EX film and Ultra Matte shield iPhone 4.
If you are not satisfied this produt, you can return and get full price of product refund but shipping fee is non-refundable and also return shipping fee is buyer's cost.

Think about it. How else would they have been able to get the precise measurements for their screen protectors if they didn't have a prototype product to work from?
 
Ha, that was quick. I guess enough of us complained about the front cutout also. Oh and all the competitor products I have found have the front camera cutout also.

Jason, you have updated your website to include a picture showing an elongated cutout for the front camera.

Well at least for the Matte full body, I see a longer front cut that is off center. Plus they updated the picture to note it's compatible with the Apple bumper. It's funny that they didn't make the STEINHEIL LCD FILM picture in the lower left actual size, like they did the side and back covers.

LOL WTF are they trying to say here: "This Includes & Diagram may changes without notification for future update"

Haha, I swear like an hour ago they had the front cut-out diagrams for the EX Crystal film too. Now it's gone. Haha, SGP needs to get their **** together, fast.
 
as soon as i saw the post about there being front cut outs (5pm pac time), i sent them an email inquiring/requesting for front replacements fo the EX

wonder if the webpage was changed as a result
 
WOW they changed the front screen back to NO Cut Out!!. I have to say that as each day goes by i'm really getting turned away from SGP for my screen shields. I'm with everyone else that don't want to wait a month for Power Support, even longer for the front and back combo. I guess i'll be looking something else instead now. Any suggestions??? (No liquid application)
 
This thread is LOL. I went from clutching my creditcard ready to make a buy to putting it away. Maybe there is no PERFECT screen protector company :(

I feel the same way. I'm also concerned about the bubbles around the ear piece that buyers are experiencing. Maybe it's just better to buy something cheap for now and give it a few months to see what comes out from other vendors.
 
What about the fingerprint resistant anti-glare front screen protector? I bought that and it has no cutout for the camera. I don't want to open the product and lose any refund opportunity. The front packaging shows no cut out for the front-camera, wont that mess up the quality of photos and facetime since its anti-glare covers?

Received an email back from Cretouch, which was basically a modified version of the long statement mailed out by SGP about the cutouts.

I'll be sending back my EX Ultra Clear film set for a full refund.
 
Cretouch tells me I'm only getting one back replacement film even though the EX Crystal Set comes with two. Ridiculous.

If I don't receive two, I'm sending everything back for a refund.
